Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing Prompting terhadap hasil belajar IPAS di kelas IV Mi Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan tujuan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) bagi peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan Kurikulum Merdeka, IPAS kelas IV dirancang untuk membekali peserta didik dengan pemahaman dasar mengenai lingkungan sekitar, fenomena alam, serta interaksi sosial yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi-Experimental) dengan Desain Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang akan menerima pembelajaran dengan model Probing Prompting dan kelompok kontrol yang akan menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar IPAS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Probing Prompting, diharapkan dapat terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep IPAS dan keterampilan berpikir peserta didik. dan Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian data bahwa hasil analisis normalitas homogenitas diperoleh sampel tersebut berdistribusi normal dan homogen atau varians sama sehingga pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t test atau Uji T dengan taraf signifikan 5% (α = 0,05). Diperoleh p Value <a (0,006 < 0,05) yang menyatakan Ho ditolak dan H1, diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model pembelajaran Probing Prompting terhadap hasil peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di MI Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. To analyze and formulate learning objectives for the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject for fourth-grade elementary school students. Based on the Independent Curriculum, fourth-grade IPAS is designed to equip students with a basic understanding of the surrounding environment, natural phenomena, and social interactions relevant to their daily lives. The research method used is a quasi-experimental with a Pre Test Post-Test Control Group Design. The research sample consists of two groups, namely the experimental group that will receive learning with the Probing Prompting model and the control group that will receive conventional learning. The data collection instrument used is a science learning outcome test. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective learning methods in improving science learning outcomes at the elementary school level. By implementing the Probing Prompting learning model, it is expected that there will be a significant increase in students' understanding of science concepts and thinking skills. Based on the results of the data testing that the results of the normality and homogeneity analysis obtained the sample is normally distributed and homogeneous or the same variance so that in the hypothesis testing using the independent sample t test or T Test with a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). Obtained p Value <a (0.006 <0.05) which states Ho is rejected and H1, accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Probing Prompting learning model on the results of students in the subject of science class IV at MI Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung.
