ABSTRAK Literasi Sains dan Self Regulation merupakan kompetensi penting abad 21 dalam pembelajaran IPA Biologi. Namun, pra penelitian menunjukkan keduanya masih rendah di kalangan peserta didik SMP, ditunjukkan dengan kesulitan memahami konsep IPA dalam konteks nyata dan belum mampu mengatur strategi belajar secara mandiri. Diterapkan model Learning Cycle 9E dengan nilai Islami dan media Kahoot yang interaktif, kontekstual, dan spiritual. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh, korelasi, dan kontribusi model Learning Cycle 9E dengan nilai Islami berbasis media Kahoot terhadap Literasi Sains dan Self Regulation kelas VIII pada pelajaran IPA Biologi materi Sistem Eksresi pada Manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan Mixed Methods Research Design jenis Explanatory Sequential Design metode Pre-Experimental Design tipe One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel tiga kelas dipilih melalui Cluster Random Sampling : VIII A (Penelitian I, n = 32), VIII B (Penelitian II, n = 31), VIII I (Penelitian III, n = 32). Instrumen mencakup tes Literasi Sains multiple choice, angket Identitas Sains dan Self Regulation, lembar observasi Self Regulation, wawancara, serta catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu : Terdapat pengaruh model Learning Cycle 9E dengan nilai Islami berbasis media Kahoot terhadap Literasi Sains, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh model Learning Cycle 9E dengan nilai Islami berbasis media Kahoot terhadap Self Regulation, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat korelasi antara Literasi Sains dan Self Regulation, (r = 0,702; p < 0,05). Terdapat kontribusi model terhadap Literasi Sains, (R2 = 71,5%). Terdapat kontribusi model terhadap Self Regulation, (R2 = 51,8%). However, preliminary research revealed that both remain low among Junior High School students, as indicated by their difficulty in understanding scientific concepts in real-life contexts and their inability to independently manage learning strategies. The 9E Learning Cycle model was implemented, integrated with Islamic values and supported by the interactive and contextual Kahoot platform. This study aims to investigate the effect, correlation, and contribution of the 9E Learning Cycle model with Islamic values using Kahoot media on Scientific Literacy and Self-Regulation among eighth-grade students in Biology, specifically on the topic of the Human Excretory System. This research employed a Mixed Methods approach with an Explanatory Sequential Design and a Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of three classes selected through cluster random sampling: VIII A (Study I, n = 32), VIII B (Study II, n = 31), and VIII I (Study III, n = 32). Instruments included a multiple-choice Scientific Literacy test, Science Identity and Self Regulation questionnaires, Self-Regulation observation sheets, interviews, and field notes. The results showed : A significant effect of the 9E Learning Cycle model with Islamic values using Kahoot media on Scientific Literacy, 0.000 < 0.05. A significant effect of the 9E Learning Cycle model with Islamic values using Kahoot media on Self-Regulation, 0.000 < 0.05. A positive correlation between Scientific Literacy and Self-Regulation (r = 0.702; p < 0.05). The model contributed to Scientific Literacy, (R² = 71,5%).
