Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran fisika berdasarkan kategori, jenjang pendidikan dan berdasarkan zona waktu di wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang diambil dari lima tahun terakhir (2020-2025), yang dilakukan di database Scopus, dan Google Scholar dengan berbantuan aplikasi POP (Publish or Perish). Hasil dari keseluruhan artikel yang diperoleh bahwa besar pengaruh (Effect Size) model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video berdasarkan kategori sebesar 1,47 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dengan total artikel ilmiah sebanyak tujuh artikel. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran fisika. Besar pengaruh model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran fisika berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan dari Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebesar 2,86 yang terkategori tinggi dengan sejumlah satu artikel, pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) tidak didapatkan satu pun artikel ilmiah, pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) sebesar 1,15 yang terkategori tinggi dengan jumlah lima artikel dan pada jenjang Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebesar 0,83 terkategori tinggi dengan jumlah satu artikel. Besar pengaruh model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran fisika berdasarkan zona waktu di wilayah Indonesia, pada zona waktu Indonesia bagian barat (WIB) sebesar 1,15 terkategori tinggi dengan jumlah empat artikel dan pada zona waktu Indonesia bagian tengah (WITA) sebesar 1,89 terkategori tinggi dengan jumlah tiga artikel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model discovery learning pada penggunaan media video mempunyai pengaruh signifinakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was taken from the last five years (2020-2025), which was carried out in the Scopus database, and Google Scholar with the help of the POP (Publish or Perish) application. The results of all the articles obtained showed that the magnitude of the influence (Effect Size) of the discovery learning model on the use of video media based on categories was 1,47 which is included in the high category, with a total of seven scientific articles. This proves that there is an influence of the discovery learning model on the use of video media in physics learning. The magnitude of the influence of the discovery learning model on the use of video media in physics learning based on the level of education from Elementary School (SD) is 2,86 which is categorized as high with one article, at the Junior High School (SMP) level there is not a single scientific article, at the Senior High School (SMA) level it is 1,15 which is categorized as high with five articles and at the College (PT) level it is 0,83 which is categorized as high with one article. The magnitude of the influence of the discovery learning model on the use of video media in physics learning based on the time zone in the Indonesian region, in the western Indonesian time zone (WIB) it is 1,15 which is categorized as high with four articles and in the central Indonesian time zone (WITA) it is 1,89 which is categorized as high with three articles. This shows that the discovery learning model on the use of video media has a significant influence on physics learning. Keywords: Discovery Learning, Video Media, Meta Analisis
