Abstract

ABSTRAK Di tengah arus globalisasi dan tantangan pembangunan dunia bisnis mengalami kemajuan yang sangat cepat, yang memicu persaingan antarperusahaan menuntut untuk berupaya menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan guna memastikan kelangsungan hidupnya adalah dengan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan merupakan alat ukur bagi investor untuk menilai suatu Perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan yang baik maka akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan menggambarkan seberapa efektif dan efisien manajemen dalam mengelola aset dan kekayaan yang ada, jadi dengan pengukuran kinerja yang diterapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk memantau tingkat pencapaian hasil kerja suatu usaha. Adanya variabel lain yang mampu memengaruhi hubungan antara keduanya yaitu GCG berperan sebagai moderator yang memperkuat pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jika GCG berjalan efektif maka informasi keuangan yang baik akan lebih dipercaya oleh investor, dan dampaknya terhadap nilai perusahaan akan lebih signifikan. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dan data sekunder diperoleh dari 10 perusahaan manuaktur yang di peroleh dari instansi yang terkait seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman serta Good Corporate Governance mampu momoderasi hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dengan nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT In the midst of globalization and development challenges, the business world is experiencing very rapid progress, which triggers competition between companies demanding to strive to maintain the sustainability of their business. One of the strategies that companies can do to ensure their survival is to increase the company's value. Financial performance is a measurement tool for investors to assess a Company. Good financial performance will increase the company's value. Company value describes how effective and efficient management is in managing existing assets and wealth, so with applied performance measurement can help companies to monitor the level of achievement of a business's work results. There is another variable that can affect the relationship between the two, namely GCG plays a role as a moderator that strengthens the influence of financial performance on the company's value. If GCG runs effectively, good financial information will be more trusted by investors, and its impact on the company's value will be more significant. This research method is a type of quantitative research, and secondary data was obtained from 10 manufacturing companies obtained from related agencies such as the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that financial performance has an influence on the company's value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector and Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship between financial performance and company value.
