Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa diperoleh hasil bahwa model yang diterapkan belum meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains serta self regulation peserta didik. Selain itu proses pembelajaran di SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa masih menggunakan metode ceramah atau discovery learning sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu model pembelajaran agar peserta didik berperan aktif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan spinner terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan self regulation pada mata pelajaran biologi. Metode penelitian ini adalah Quasi Exsperimental Design. Hasil uji u keterampilan proses sains menunjukkan nilai sig ,016 yang mana nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 (,016 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan spinner terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan self regulation pada mata pelajaran biologi. Kesimpulannya yaitu (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing banerbantuan spinner terhadap keterampilan proses sains di SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa (2) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan spinner terhadap self regulation di SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa. Kata Kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing, Spinner, keterampilan proses sains, self regulation iii ABSTRAK Based on the preliminary research results conducted at SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa, it was found that the model applied has not improved students' science process skills and self-regulation. Additionally, the learning process at SMA Life Skill Keuma Bangsa still uses lecture or discovery learning methods, which has an impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, a learning model is needed to encourage student participation and improve their learning results. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a spinner on science process skills and self-regulation in biology subjects. The research method used is Quasi-Experimental Design. The results of the science process skills test showed a significance value of 0.016, which is less than 0.05 (0.016 < 0.05). This indicates that there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by a spinner on science process skills and self-regulation in biology subjects. In conclusion, (1) there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by a spinner on science process skills at SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa, and (2) there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by a spinner on self-regulation at SMA Life Skill Kesuma Bangsa.
