Abstract
Abstrak: Employee Voice Behaviour istilah yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku suara karyawan tentang bagaimana karyawan bisa berprilaku dengan suara – suara yang selama ini mereka tahan saat bekerja, perilaku suara karyawan ini dapat bermanfaat untuk organisasi. Organizational Justice mampu memberikan keadilan hak dan kewajiban karyawan sehingga mereka taat (Obedience) akan organisasi dan suara karyawan yang muncul berupa ide serta masukan yang dapat memajukan perusahaan melalui Employee Voice Behaviour. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Organizational Justice mempengaruhi Employee Voice Behaviour dimoderasi Obedience Dalam Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani Pada Karyawan PT. Nestle Indonesia – Panjang Factory di Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian adalah PT. Nestle Indonesia – Panjang Factory di Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah populasi adalah 283 Pegawai. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, dengan metode analisa menggunakan structural equation model dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Organizational Justice berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Voice Behaviour. Hasil berikutnya menunjukkan Obedience Memoderasi hubungan antara Organizational Justice terhadap Employee Voice Behaviour. Dalam perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani menaati perintah dan tunduk pada perintah tidak serta merta apa yang dianjurkan harus diikuti apabila memerintahkan pada yang tidak mengandung kemaslahatan maka wajib hukumnya untuk membantah. Kata kunci : Employee Voice Behaviour, Organizational Justice, Obedience. Abstract: Employee Voice behavior a term used to identify employee voice behavior about how employees can behave with the voices they have been holding while working, this employee voice behavior can be beneficial to the organization. Organizational Justice is able to provide justice to the rights and obligations of employees so that they obey the organization and employee voices that arise in the form of ideas and input that can advance the company through Employee Voice behavior. This study aims to determine how much Organizational Justice affects Employee Voice behavior moderated Obedience in the perspective of Human Resource Management in employees of PT. Nestle Indonesia-Long Factory in Bandar Lampung. Research population is PT. Nestle Indonesia-Panjang Factory in Bandar Lampung with total population is 283 employees. A sample of 100 respondents. The research methods used are quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires, with analysis methods using structural equation model with SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that Organizational Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Voice behavior. Obedience moderates the relationship between Organizational Justice and Employee Voice behavior. In the perspective of Human Resource Management obeying orders and being subject to orders is not necessarily what is recommended to be followed if it is ordered that does not contain benefits, it is mandatory to dispute it.
