Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan saat ini sudah berkembang sangat pesat, tentu sangat berpengaruh dalam proses dan perkembangan pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Namun pendidikan di Indonesia masih banyak yang belum memanfaatkan internet sebagai penunjang pembelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Dengan begitu diperlukannya perbaikan terhadap proses pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran osborn berbantuan kahoot. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian di SMAN 1 Ulu Belu diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep belum dilatih secara optimal, sehingga mengakibatkan nilai pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang rendah, sehingga dibutuhkannya inovasi baru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Osborn berbantu Media Kahoot Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep yang di Tinjau dari Gender Pada Mata Pelajaran Biologi Kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Quasy Eksperimen Design dengan Design Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas X SMAN 1 Ulu Belu Tanggamus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan didapatkan kelas X1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian soal berupa tes soal pilihan ganda pemahaman konsep yang telah diuji hasil validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya beda sehingga instrumen yang telah dibuat layak digunakan untuk penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji T, sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < α = 0,05, dengan ketentuan H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dan gender yang berpengaruh yaitu gender perempuan. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran osborn berbantu media kahoot terhadap pemahaman konsep yang ditinjau dari gender pada mata pelajaran biologi kelas X. However, education in Indonesia still has not utilized the internet as a learning support so that the learning process is still centered on the teacher. Thus, improvements are needed to the learning process, one of which is by implementing the Osborn learning model assisted by Kahoot. Based on the results of pre research at SMAN 1 Ulu Belu, the results showed that conceptual understanding had not been trained optimally, resulting in low conceptual understanding scores for students, so that new innovations were needed in implementing appropriate learning models. This study aims to determine the effect of the Osborn Learning Model assisted by Kahoot Media on Conceptual Understanding Reviewed from Gender in Class X Biology Subjects. The research method used was Quasy Experiment Design with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this study was all class X of SMAN 1 Ulu Belu Tanggamus. The sampling technique used the cluster random sampling technique and obtained class X1 as the experimental class and class X2 as the control class. The research instrument is a multiple-choice test of conceptual understanding that has been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discrimination so that the instrument that has been made is suitable for use in research. The data analysis technique used is the T test, previously a prerequisite test was carried out which included normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the study showed that the significance value was 0.000 <α = 0.05, with the provision that H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected and the gender that had an influence was female gender. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Osborn learning model assisted by Kahoot media on conceptual understanding as reviewed from gender in biology subjects for class X.
