Abstract

ABSTRAK Realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung tidak mencapai target dan cenderung fluktuatif merupakan masalah yang harus diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung. Salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah belum optimalnya penggalian potensi PAD. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini antara lain apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan variabel Jumlah Penduduk dan PDRB tehadap Pendapatan Asli Dearah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2023 dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan Jumlah Penduduk dan PDRB terhadap PAD Kota Bandar Lampung dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan peneltian yang menggunakan data berupa angka-angka yang dinilai dan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data yang berbentuk runtut waktu (time series). Data diperoleh dari BPS Kota Bandar Lampung dan melaui literatur yang telah ada. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi jumlah penduduk, PDRB dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatn Asli Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2023, dan variabel PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2023. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa Jumlah Penduduk dan PDRB berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2014-2023. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, PAD berfokus pada kesejahteraan masyarakat, keadilan sosial dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang bertanggung jawab. Dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah PAD diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan mencakup semua lapisan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Jumlah penduduk, PDRB, dan PAD. ABSTRACT The realization of the Original Local Revenue (PAD OF Bandar Lampung City does not meet the target and tends to be fluctuating, which is an issue that must be addressed by the Bandar Lampung City Goverment. One of the main causes is the suboptimal exploration of PAD potential. The research problem in this study includes whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect of the variables of Population and Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) on the Original Local Revenue of Bandar Lampung City from 2014 to 2023 from an Islamic economic perspective. The objective of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Population and PDRB on the PAD of Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is quantitative. Quantitative research involves the use of numerical data that is evaluated and analyzed using statistical analysis. The data source used is secondary data in the form of time series. Data was obtained existing literature. The data in this study includes population size, PDRB, and the Original Regional Revenue of Bandar Lampung City from 2014 to 2023. Based on the research results, the population size variable does not have a sugnificant effect on the Original Regional Revenue of Bandar Lampung City from 2014 to 2023, while the PDRB variable has a positive and significant effect on the Original Regional Revenue of Bandar Lampung City from 2014 to 2023. Simultaneously, both population size and PDRB have an effect on the Original Regional Revenue of Bandar Lampung from 2014 to 2023. From an Islamic economic perspective, PAD focuses on community welfare, social justice, and responsible resource management. With the principles of Sharia, PAD is expected to contribute to sustainable economic development that includes all layers of society. Keywords: Population size, PDRB, and PAD.
