Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja tenaga pengajar efektif dan efesien demi kemajuan organisasi seperti instansi sekolah maka perlu adanya budaya organisasi sebagai salah satu pedoman kerja yang bisa menjadi acuan pengajar untuk melakukan aktifitas organisasi yakni mengajar. Maka penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana budaya organisasi di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Dengan tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Penilitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan field research, metode analisis deskriptif meneliti sejauh mana hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni berjumlah 64 tenaga pendidik (Guru) di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 tenaga pendidik dengan cara probability sampling dengan rumus Cochran. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket skala likert tentang budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkann bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya organisasi terdapap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. Menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Budaya Organisasi) mempunyai pengaruh dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) dari perolehan tes angket yang telah di lakukan serta uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t didapat nilai nilai Thitung > Ttabel sebesar 8,421 > 1,703 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel x dan variabel y. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 71,7%. Therefore, a strong organizational culture is necessary as a work guideline that can serve as a reference for teachers to carry out their organizational activities, namely teaching. This study discusses the organizational culture at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung and the performance of teachers at the same school. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a significant influence between organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. This quantitative study employs a field research design and descriptive analysis method to investigate the causal relationship between variables. The study population comprises 64 teachers at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung, from which a sample of 30 teachers was selected using probability sampling with Cochran's formula. A Likert scale questionnaire was utilized to measure organizational culture and teacher performance. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive influence between organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. This indicates that variable X (Organizational Culture) has an influence on variable Y (Teacher Performance) based on the results of the questionnaire test and hypothesis testing using the t-test, which yielded a t-count value greater than the t-table value (8.421 > 1.703), thus rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. This shows a significant difference between variable X and variable Y. From this study, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance is 71.7% Keywords: Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance
