Abstract

ABSTRAK Voucher dikenal hadir hanya dalam bentuk fisik. Biasanya berbentuk kertas dan kemudian bisa digunakan sebagai alat transaksi pembayaran. Yang membedakan voucher elektronik atau e-voucher dengan pembayaran lainnya adalah e-voucher lebih hemat, dapat mengontrol pengeluaran, dan lebih aman. Tentunya kita sebagai seorang muslim sekaligus pengguna layanan aplikasi belanja online tersebut harus memperhatikan mengenai boleh atau tidaknya hal tersebut dalam transaksi jual beli yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Jual beli adalah kesepakatan tukar menukar barang atau barang dengan uang yang dapat ditasharufkan, disertai pertukaran hak kepemilikan dari yang satu ke yang lain secara sukarela sesuai dengan ketentuan Islam. Ju’ālah merupakan suatu akad perjanjian untuk memberikan imbalan atas suatu pekerjaan yang belum pasti akan hasil yang dikerjakan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mekanisme penggunaan e-voucher pada marketplace Shopee? Dan Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap penggunaan e-voucher pada marketplace Shopee di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung? Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) dan bersifat deskriptif. Dalam hal ini yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 10 pengguna Shopee di Kelurahan Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Mekanisme penggunaan e voucher pada marketplace Shopee yaitu pembeli atau penggunanya telah memiliki akun Shopee dan telah melakukan aktivasi sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan di Shopee. E-voucher shopee juga didapatkan dengan tap-tap layar pada Shopee Live. Kemudian pilih e-voucher yang diinginkan, lalu Klik Klaim. Setelah melakukan Klaim terhadap e-voucher yang dipilih, tombol Klaim akan berubah menjadi “Pakai” ketika e-voucher berhasil diklaim dan e-voucher akan otomatis masuk dalam Voucher Saya. Untuk melakukan pembayaran (checkout) menggunakan e-voucher, klik Voucher Shopee. Selanjutnya klik e-voucher yang akan digunakan sampai muncul tanda centang berwarna orange. Kemudian klik Ok. E-voucher siap untuk digunakan. Kemudian klik Checkout, dan pilih informasi pengiriman yang digunakan dan klik Buat Pesanan selanjutnya proses pengiriman barang akan dikonfirmasi oleh Shopee sampai ke tangan pengguna atau pembeli. Tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap penggunaan e-voucher pada marketplace Shopee merupakan akad ju’ālah pada e-voucher sehingga boleh diterapkan karena telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam hukum Islam. Berdasarkan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.62/DSN-MUI/XII/2007, ju’ālah boleh dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan pelayanan jasa yang pembayaran imbalannya bergantung pada pencapaian hasil yang telah ditentukan sebagaimana prinsip syariah. Kata kunci : Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, E-Voucher, Shopee. ABSTRACT Previously, vouchers were known to only come in physical form. Usually it is in paper form and can then be used as a payment transaction tool. What differentiates electronic vouchers or e-vouchers from other payments is that e-vouchers are more economical, can control expenses and are safer. There are many conveniences offered when using Shoppe, such as ease of shopping, attractive promos, and increased loan limits. Behind all this convenience, of course, we as Muslims and users of online shopping application services must pay attention to whether or not this is permissible in buying and selling transactions in accordance with Islamic principles. Considering that this innovation tends to be new, especially in the matter of muamalah, of course a more specific review of this payment method is needed. Ju'ālah is an agreement to provide compensation for work that is uncertain about the results of the work done. The problem formulation in this research is what is the mechanism for using e-vouchers on the Shopee marketplace? And what is the review of sharia economic law regarding the use of e-vouchers on the Shopee marketplace in Labuhan Ratu Village, Bandar Lampung? This research includes field research and is descriptive in nature. In this case, the samples for this research were 10 Shopee users in Labuhan Ratu Village, Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results concluded that the mechanism for using e vouchers on the Shopee marketplace is that the buyer or user already has a Shopee account and has activated it in accordance with the terms and conditions on Shopee. Then select the desired e-voucher, then click Claim. After claiming the selected e-voucher, the Claim button will change to "Use" when the e-voucher is successfully claimed and the e-voucher will automatically be included in My Vouchers. To make a payment (checkout) using an e-voucher, click Shopee Voucher. Next, click on the e-voucher that will be used until an orange check mark appears. Then click OK. The e voucher is ready to be used if the following sign appears in the Shopee Voucher column. Then click Checkout, and select the shipping information used and click Place Order, then the process of sending the goods will be confirmed by Shopee until it reaches the user or buyer. A review of sharia economic law regarding the use of e-vouchers on the Shopee marketplace is a ju'ālah contract on e-vouchers so that it can be applied because it meets the pillars and requirements of Islamic law. Based on DSN-MUI Fatwa No.62/DSN-MUI/XII/2007, ju'ālah may be carried out to meet the needs of the community as a form of providing services where the payment of rewards depends on the achievement of results that have been determined in accordance with sharia principles.
