Abstract

ABSTRAK EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK LIVE MODELLING UNTUK MENGURANGI KEJENUHAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI DI SMAN 15 BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh : M Ikhsanudin Pamungkas 1811080128 Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya peserta didik yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar. Peserta didik yang mengalami kejenuhan belajar cenderung malas, lesu, mengantuk di kelas, dan menganggu konsentrasi temannya. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar adalah menggunakan teknik Live Modeling. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian ini. Adapun Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Live Modelling dalam mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bersifat induktif, objektif dan ilmiah dimana data yang diperoleh berupa angka-angka (score, nilai) atau pernyataan-peryataan yang dinilai, dan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 65 peserta didik, sedangkan sampel nya diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 16 speserta didik. Konseling Kelompok dengan teknik Live Modelling dilakukan sebanyak 6 kali. Subjek diobservasi sebanyak 2 kali (pretestposttest). Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon 0,012 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima dan dapat dikatakan bahwa metode live model efektif untuk menurunkan kejenuhan belajar. Hasil uji T diperoleh Nilai asymp sign.(2-tailed) lebih kecil dari nilai kritik 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05), ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, selain itu nilai rata-rata pretest lebih besar dari nilai posttest (145 > 72,5) ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok teknik live model dapat mengatasi kejenuhan belajar peserta didik Kelas XI di SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. Students who experience learning boredom tend to be lazy, lethargic, drowsy in class, and disrupt their peers’ concentration. One effort to reduce learning boredom is by using the Live Modelling technique. Therefore, this research was necessary to be conducted. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling using the Live Modelling technique in reducing the level of learning boredom. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is an inductive, objective, and scientific method where the data obtained is in the form of numbers (scores, values) or evaluated statements, and analyzed through statistical analysis. The population of the study consists of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung, totaling 65 students, while the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, amounting to 16 students. Group counseling with the Live Modelling technique was conducted 6 times. The subjects were observed twice (pretest and posttest). The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test show a value of 0.012 < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, indicating that the live model method is effective in reducing learning boredom. The T-test results obtained an asymp sign. (2-tailed) value smaller than the critical value of 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05), which indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Additionally, the mean pretest score was higher than the posttest score (145 > 72.5), indicating that group counseling services using the live model technique can address learning boredom among eleventh-grade students at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung.
