Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan konformitas teman sebaya terhadap pembelian impulsif pada e-commerce TikTok yang dimediasi oleh Emotional Shopping. Keempat variabel ini diuji untuk menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-commerce TikTok dari kalangan Gen Z di Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total populasi 296.926 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart-PLS 4 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FOMO berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Emotional Shopping dan Pembelian Impulsif, konformitas teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Emotional Shopping dan Pembelian impulsif, Emotional Shopping berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, serta Emotional Shopping mampu memediasi hubungan antara FOMO, Konformitas Teman sebaya, dan Pembelian impulsif. Kata Kunci: Fomo, Konformitas Teman Sebaya, Pembelian Impulsif dan Emotional Shopping. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out more about the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and peer conformity on impulsive buying in TikTok e commerce, mediated by emotional shopping. These four variables were tested to draw conclusions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study consists of Gen Z users of TikTok e-commerce in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of samples used was 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 296,926. The analysis method used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test, which was processed using Smart-PLS 4. The results of this data testing indicate that FOMO has a positive and significant effect on emotional shopping and impulsive buying, peer conformity has a positive and significant effect on emotional shopping and impulsive buying, emotional shopping significantly affects impulsive buying, and emotional shopping successfully mediates the relationship between FOMO, peer conformity, and impulsive buying. Kata Kunci: Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Peer Conformity, Impulsive Buying, Emotional Shopping.
