Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil pra riset bahwa dengan adanya influencer, self control dan impulse buying membuat pengguna Tiktok Shop Kota Bandar Lampung sulit untuk mengontrol diri dan sulit mengendalikan diri buying decision. Pengguna perlu lebih cermat dalam memilih influencer, meningkatkan self control, dan menghindari impulse buying untuk menghindari dampak negatif dari perilaku belanja online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel influencer, self control dan impulse buying berpengaruh terhadap buying decision pada pengguna Tiktok Shop Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google form kepada pengguna Tiktok Shop Kota Bandar Lampung. Populasi tidak diketahui dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 konsumen menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel influencer, self control dan impulse buying berpengaruh terhadap buying decision pada pengguna Tiktok Shop Kota Bandar Lampung secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, mayoritas responden setuju dalam pernyataan membeli produk di Tiktok Shop dengan mempertimbangkan aturan syariat dan nilai-nilai Islam. Hal ini tentunya sesuai dengan salah satu konsep bisnis dalam Islam yaitu konsep kesatuan atau tauhid. Kata Kunci: Buying Decision, Impulse Buying, Influencer, Self Control. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the results of pre-research that with the presence of influencers, self-control and impulse buying make it difficult for Tiktok Shop users in Bandar Lampung City to control themselves and control their buying decisions. Users need to be more careful in choosing influencers, increase self-control, and avoid impulse buying to avoid the negative impacts of online shopping behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of influencers, self-control and impulse buying affect buying decisions in Tiktok Shop users in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form to Tiktok Shop users in Bandar Lampung City. The population is unknown and the sample used is 96 consumers using the lemeshow formula. The data analysis used is validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables of influencers, self-control and impulse buying have an effect on buying decisions on Tiktok Shop users in Bandar Lampung City partially and simultaneously. From an Islamic business perspective, the majority of respondents agree with the statement of buying products at Tiktok Shop by considering sharia rules and Islamic values. This is certainly in accordance with one of the business concepts in Islam, namely the concept of unity or monotheism. Keywords: Buying Decision, Impulse Buying, Influencer, Self Control.
