Abstract

ABSTRAK Upaya penerapan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik merupakan upaya yang mencerminkan keinginan pemerintah untuk menerapkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah. SPI pemerintah yang baik juga dapat mempengaruhi tindakan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh pimpinan dan seluruh staf untuk memberikan keyakinan yang memadai atas tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good governance terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, untuk mengetahui apakah sistem pengendalian internal memoderasi pengaruh good governance terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah dan untuk mengetahui pandangan Ekonomi Islam terhadap pengaruh good governance terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah pada dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan provinsi lampung. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan provinsi lampung dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 responden dengan memakai teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner lalu dilakukan pengujian Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Linier Regresi Sederhana dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Dalam peneitian ini menunjukan bahwa rendahnya tata kelola yang baik tidak akan berpengaruh bagi kinerja pemerintah daerah pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Lampung. Tetapi semakin tinggi sistem pengendalian internal di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Lampung akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah daerah dan semakin tinggi sistem pengendalian internal di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Lampung maka juga akan memperkuat pengaruh good governance terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. ABSTRACT The effort to implement good governance reflects the government's desire to apply good governance in the administration of regional government. A good government SPI can also influence the actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all staff to provide adequate assurance of the achievement of organizational goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government, to determine whether the internal control system moderates the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, and to understand the Islamic Economic perspective on the effect of good governance on the performance of local government in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The method used employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, and the sample taken was 46 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, followed by validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this research uses SPSS. In this study, it is shown that poor governance will not affect the performance of the regional government at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. But the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will be able to improve the performance of the regional government, and the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will strengthen the influence of good governance on the performance of the regional government.
