Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan pada saat ini sering sekali diperbincangkan oleh khalayak ramai. Baik masyarakat dari kalangan menengah ke atas maupun menengah kebawah pasti sering mendengar dan membahas tentang pendidikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan saat ini tidak hanya penting bagi masyarakat dari kalangan menengah ke atas saja, melainkan penting bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Salah satu tujuam pendidikan tersebut ialah meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran disekolah. Pemahaman konsep merupakan salah satu indicator keberhasilan siswa dalam proses belajar yang memegang peranan penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penerapan model pembelajaran resource based learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pelajaran IPAS kelas V di SDN 3 Karang Anyar. Menurut peneliti penerapan model pembelajaran resource based learning merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Yang terdiri 32 peserta didik, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis di terima dengan diperolehnya hasil pra survei dari 32 peserta didik yang tuntas 10 peserta didik (31,25%), Pada siklus I mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 19 peserta didik (59,375%) yang tuntas, Pada siklus I terdapat kenaikan presentase pada peserta didik sebesar 28,125%, Selanjutnya pada siklus II dengan peserta didik 32 peserta didik yang tuntas 26 orang (81,25,%), maka pada siklus II ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21, 875%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model resource based learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPAS siswa kelas V SDN 3 Karang Anyar. Model resource based learning guru memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menemukan ide-ide mereka sendiri melalui berbagai sumber dan literatur. This proves that education is currently not only important for the upper middle class, but is important for all levels of society. One of the goals of education is to improve students' conceptual understanding in learning at school. Conceptual understanding is one indicator of student success in the learning process which plays an important role in achieving learning goals. The application of the resource-based learning model can improve students' conceptual understanding of class V science lessons at SDN 3 Karang Anyar. According to researchers, the application of the resource-based learning model is one way to improve students' conceptual understanding in science learning at school. The research method used is the classroom action research method. Consisting of 32 students, the test results showed that the hypothesis was accepted by obtaining pre-survey results from 32 students who completed 10 students (31.25%), In cycle I there was an increase of 19 students (59.375%) who completed, In cycle I there was an increase in the percentage of students, amounting to 28.125%, Furthermore, in cycle II with 32 students who completed 26 people (81.25%), then in cycle I there was an increase of 21.875%. So it can be concluded that by implementing the resource based learning model can improve the understanding of the concept of science of class V students of SDN 3 Karang. Anyar. The resource based learning model teachers give students the opportunity to find their own ideas through various sources and literature.
