Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract terhadap komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung ini dilatar belakangi oleh sering munculnya permasalahan kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contact terhadap komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. Komunikasi interpersonal adalah proses komunikasi antara dua orang atau lebih, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Komunikasi jenis ini di anggap paling efektif dalam merubah sikap, pendapat dan perilaku setiap orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract terhadap komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, dan wawancara. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperiment design one group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract terhadap komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 6 peserta didik yang memiliki permasalahan dalam komunikasi interpersonalnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik behavior contract terhadap komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung berpengaruh dan mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik pada peserta didik. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan hasil pretest dan posttest yang telah dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pemberian layanan berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired Sample t-test. Dan hasil pretest menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, peserta didik mendapatkan skor sebesar 793 dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 132,17. Kemudian setelah mendapatkan layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik behavior contract, peserta didik diberikan posttest menggunakan insrumen yang sama yaitu berupa angket dan mendapatkan skor sebesar 1.060 dengan skor rata-rata 176,67. Hasil uji menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dari sampel yang diambil di kelas X didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar 11,761 dengan probabilitas/tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p value < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik behavior contract dapat meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal pada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. Therefore, researchers want to examine the influence of group counseling services using behavioral contact techniques on the interpersonal communication of students at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. Interpersonal communication is a communication process between two or more people, either directly or indirectly. This type of communication is considered the most effective in changing everyone's attitudes, opinions and behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group counseling services using behavior contract techniques on students' interpersonal communication at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The approach to this research is a quantitative approach with a pre-experiment research design, one group pretest-posttest design. This research focuses on the influence of group counseling services using behavior contract techniques on the interpersonal communication of students at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, totaling 6 students who have problems in interpersonal communication. Based on the results of research at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung, it can be concluded that group counseling services using behavior contract techniques for interpersonal communication of students at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung have an influence and change for the better in students. This has been proven by the results of the pretest and posttest which were carried out before and after providing services based on data analysis using the Paired Sample t-test. And the results of the pretest using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, students got a score of 793 with an average score of 132.17. Then, after receiving group counseling services using the behavior contract technique, students were given a posttest using the same instrument, namely a questionnaire, and received a score of 1,060 with an average score of 176.67. The test results using the paired sample t-test from samples taken in class It can be concluded that group counseling services using behavior contract techniques can improve interpersonal communication among students at SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung.
