Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi manajemen masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin Liwa Lampung Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi manajemen masjid pada masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin dan untuk mengethui factor pendukung dan penghambat dalam memkmurkan jamaah pada masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam pengumpulan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sumber data yaitu dari pengurus masjid dan jamaah masjid. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengurus masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin Liwa Lampung Barat menerapkan strategi manajemen melalui tahapan-tahapan yaitu (1) analisis lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi strategi yang sangat membantu dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen di Masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin. (2) factor pendukuung yang terjadi pada masjid Islamic Center Baitul Mukhlisin Liwa Lampung Barat yakni kerjasama dan komunikasi pengurus yang bagus, adanya dukungan dari jamaah dan juga di dukung dari anggaran keuangan yang cukup. Sedangkan factor penghambat yakni pembenahan fasilitas masjid yang saat ini belum terealisasi dan hambatan lainnya juga mengenai keamanan masjid. Kata Kunci : Masjid, Memakmurkan Jamaah, Strategi Manajemen. ABSTRACT This research discusses the management strategy of the Baitul Mukhlisin Liwa Islamic Center mosque in West Lampung. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of mosque management strategies in the Baitul Mukhlisin Islamic Center mosque and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in making worshippers in the Baitul Mukhlisin Islamic Center mosque. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods, data sources are from mosque administrators and mosque worshippers. The results of the study show that the management of the Baitul Mukhlisin Islamic Center Mosque in West Lampung implements a management strategy through stages, namely (1) environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation which is very helpful in implementing management strategies in the Baitul Mukhlisin Islamic Center Mosque. (2) The supporting factors that occurred at the Baitul Mukhlisin Liwa Islamic Center mosque in West Lampung were good cooperation and communication of the management, the support of the congregation and also supported by a sufficient financial budget. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the improvement of mosque facilities which are currently not realized and other obstacles are also related to mosque security.
