Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PRODI PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI ANGKATAN 2022, 2023 DAN 2024 TERHADAP PELAYANAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA LABORATORIUM PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG Oleh Anis Jagan Fatmawati Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa prodi pendidikan biologi angkatan 2022, 2023 dan 2024 terhadap pelayanan dan sarana prasarana laboratorium pendidikan biologi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Jenis peneltiian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa persentase kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan dan sarana prasarana laboratorium pendidikan biologi sebesar 77% atau termasuk kedalam kriteria puas dengan skor persentase tertinggi yaitu pada aspek “pelayanan laboratorium”, sedangkan skor persentase terkecil yaitu pada aspek “pencahayaan dan ventilasi”. Pentingnya pelayanan dan sarana prasarana laboratorium yang memadai dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran di laboratorium bagi mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Pelayanan, Sarana Prasarana, Laboratorium Biologi. iii ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF STUDENT SATISFACTION OF BIOLOGY EDUCATION STUDY PROGRAM BATCH 2022, 2023 AND 2024 ON THE SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE BIOLOGY EDUCATION LABORATORY UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG By Anis Jagan Fatmawati This study aims to determine the satisfaction of biology education study program students of the 2022, 2023 and 2024 batches with the services and infrastructure of the biology education laboratory of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation instruments. The conclusion in this study is that the percentage of student satisfaction with the services and infrastructure of the biology education laboratory is 77% or included in the satisfaction criteria with the highest percentage score being in the " laboratory service" aspect, while the smallest percentage score is in the " lighting and ventilation" aspect. The importance of adequate laboratory services and infrastructure can support the learning process in the laboratory for students.
