Abstract

ABSTRAK ii Keterampilan komunikasi mengajar guru merupakan keterampilan guru dalam menjalin kontak antara pengirim dan penerima, dengan bantuan sebuah pesan. Guru adalah pengajar dan pendidik yang berperan sebagai fasilitator-mediator bagi peserta didiknya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Kemudian, pemahaman terhadap materi merupakan hasil kegiatan individu atau kelompok pasca pembelajaran, dan perubahan terjadi pada diri individu melalui kegiatan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian, ditemukan fakta bahwa masih banyak siswa yang belum aktif di dalam proses pembelajaran dikarenakan kondisi lingkungan kelas mempengaruhi konsentrasi siswa yang tidak fokus saat guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran sehingga pemahaman materi kurang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif survei, jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam melaksanakan langka-langkah penelitiannya untuk mendapatkan data secara lebih lengkap, tepat, dan akurat dalam waktu yang efisien. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai yang berjumlah 147 siswa. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII berjumlah 30 siswa. Metode angket yang digunakan berupa pertanyaan dan alternative jawaban langsung yang ditujukan kepada responden. Pertanyaan dalam angket diukur dalam skala Likert yaitu untuk mengukur sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi seseorang atau sekelompok. yang berjumlah 20 pertanyaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah peneliti lakukan melalui hasil kuisioner terdapat 14 butir penyataan yang dapat di uji coba dan valid. Dapat dilihat hasil uji hipotesis hubungan keterampilan komunikasi mengajar dengan tingkat pemahaman materi di peroleh nilai p-Value sebesar 0,041 dengan nilai signifikan yang digunakan 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sig.(2-tailed) 0,05, sehigga Ho ditolak dan . Jadi kesimpulan nya bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keterampilan komunikasi mengajar guru PAI dengan tingkat ii iii pemahamn materi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai Lampung Tengah. Then, understanding of the material is the result of individual or group activities after learning, and changes occur in individuals through learning activities. Based on the results of the pre-research, it was found that there were still many students who were not active in the learning process because the condition of the classroom environment affected the concentration of students who were not focused when the teacher delivered the learning material so that understanding the material was not good. This study uses a quantitative survey research method, a type of correlational quantitative research using a quantitative approach in carrying out its research steps to obtain more complete, precise, and accurate data in an efficient time. The population in this study were 147 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai. The sample used in this study was 30 students of class VII. The questionnaire method used was in the form of questions and direct answer alternatives addressed to respondents. Questions in the questionnaire are measured on a Likert scale, namely to measure the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of an individual or group. totaling 20 questions. Based on the calculations that the researcher has done through the questionnaire results, there are 14 statement items that can be tested and are valid. It can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test of the relationship between teaching communication skills and the level of understanding of the material, the p-value obtained is 0.041 with a significant value used of 0.05, this shows that sig. (2-tailed) > 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H_α. So the conclusion is that there is a relationship between the teaching communication skills of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the level of understanding of the material of students at SMP Negeri 1 Terusan Nunyai, Cental Lampung. iv v Keywords : Teaching Communication Skills, Understanding of Material
