Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola Pikir adalah cara menilai dan memberikan kesimpulan terhadap sesuatu berdasarkan sudut pandang tertentu. Bimbingan dan Konseling adalah proses bantuan atau pertolongan yang diberikan oleh pembimbing (konselor). Guru pembimbing atau konselor merupakan pihak yang membantu klien dalam proses konseling. Sebagai pihak yang memahami dasar dan teknik konseling secara luas, konselor dalam menjalankan perannya bertindak sebagai fasilitator bagi klien. Konseling merupakan satu diantara bentuk upaya bantuan yang secara khusus dirancang untuk mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang kita hadapi. strategi strukturing yang dirasa efektif, peneliti berharap agar tercipta pemikiran baru yang diharapkan, melalui modifikasi tingkah laku yang bisa didefinisikan secara operasional, diamati dan diukur.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Bagaimana Proses Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan menggunakan metode restrukturing dalam membangun pola pikir positif Siswa? 2). Bagaimana hasil Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan menggunakan metode restrukturing dalam membangun pola pikir positif Siswa?. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui Proses Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan menggunakan metode restrukturing dalam membangun pola pikir positif Siswa. 2) untuk mengetahui hasil Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan menggunakan metode restrukturing dalam membangun pola pikir positif Siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid, sumber data penelitian ini yaitu, sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data didapat dari wawancara (interview), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam pemilihan yang langsung dari narasumber. Setelah data terkumpul maka dilakukan analisis data, menggunakan metode kualitatif dan berfikir induktif. Hasil penelitian ini Proses bimbingan dan konseling dengan menggunakan teknik restrukturing bertujuan untuk membantu siswa mengidentifikasi dan mengubah pola pikir yang lebih positif dan adaptif. Teknik ini melibatkan konselor dalam membantu siwa memahami bahwa pikiran negatif yang mereka miliki bisa diubah untuk membangun pandangan yang lebih positif terhadap diri mereka dan lingkungan. Bimbingan konseling dengan menggunakan metode restrukturing dalam membangun pola pikir positif siswa dapat dievaluasi melalui beberapa indikator perubahan kognitif, emosional dan perilaku. Teknik restrukturing membantu siswa mengurangi kecemasan atau stress, sehingga merasa lebih tenang dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari dan menghadapi tekanan akademik. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Dan Konseling, Metode Restrukturing Pola Pikir Positif. ABSTRACT Mindset is a way of assessing and drawing conclusions about something based on a certain point of view. Guidance and Counseling is a process of assistance or help provided by a mentor (counselor). The mentor or counselor is the party who helps the client in the counseling process. As a party who understands the basics and techniques of counseling in general, the counselor in carrying out his role acts as a facilitator for the client. Counseling is one of the forms of assistance efforts that are specifically designed to overcome the problems we face. effective structuring strategies, researchers hope that new thoughts will be created that are expected, through behavioral modifications that can be defined operationally, observed and measured. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1). How is the Guidance and Counseling Process using the restructuring method in building positive mindsets for students? 2). What are the results of Guidance and Counseling using the restructuring method in building positive mindsets for students? The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the Guidance and Counseling Process using the restructuring method in building positive mindsets for students. 2) to find out the results of Guidance and Counseling using the restructuring method in building positive mindsets for students. This study is a type of field research that is descriptive analysis. To obtain valid data, the data sources for this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection methods are obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Population and sample are techniques used in direct selection from sources. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out, using qualitative methods and inductive thinking. The results of this study The guidance and counseling process using the restructuring technique aims to help students identify and change more positive and adaptive mindsets. This technique involves counselors in helping students understand that the negative thoughts they have can be changed to build a more positive view of themselves and their environment. Guidance and counseling using the restructuring method in building positive mindsets for students can be evaluated through several indicators of cognitive, emotional and behavioral changes. The restructuring technique helps students reduce anxiety or stress, so they feel calmer in carrying out daily activities and facing academic pressure.
