Abstract

ABSTRAK Kantor Urusan Agama adalah instansi terkecil Kementrian Agama yang ada di tingkat Kecamatan. KUA bertugas membantu melaksanakan sebagian tugas Kantor Kementrian Agama Kecamatan di bidang urusan agama islam di wilayah Kecamatan. Tugas KUA melayani masyarakat dengan system pelayanan yang baik sehingga dapat melayani masyarakat, jenis penelitian ini adalah lapangan (field research) dilakukan di KUA Terbanggi Besar, kemudian metode yang diambil menggunakan metode interview (wawancara), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu juga penulis menggunakan literature-literature strategi penghulu dalam pembinaan calon pengantin. Kemudian sifat penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang hanya menggambarkan, melukiskan, memaparkan dan melaporkan suatu keadaan objek penelitian. Dalam hal ini penelitian hanya mengungkapkan sesuai apa yang terjadi di lapangan, guna memberikan penjelasan dan jawaban terhadap pokok yang sedang diteliti dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualilatif. Adapun hasil penelitian skripsi ini adalah strategi penghulu dalam pembinaan calon pengantin di kantor urusan agama diantaranya: Strategi Manajemen Penghulu Dalam Pembinaan/kursus calon pengantin (SUSCATIN). Pembinaan Calon Pengantin adalah pemberian bekal pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan, dalam waktu singkat kepada catin tentang kehidupan berumah tangga atau keluarga. Sedangkan calon pengantin adalah laki-laki muslim dan perempuan muslimah yang akan menjalani kehidupan rumah tangga dalam suatu ikatan pernikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah maraknya kasus perceraian yang merupakan salah satu probematika yang senantiasa muncul di tengah tengah masyarakat. Perceraian perlu di tangani agar tidak semakin meningkat dengan cara pasangan suami istri yang bermasalah dalam rumah tangga nya mau dateng ke KUA terlebih dahulu,jangan langsung ke pengadilan agama untuk memberikan perhatian, pembinaan, bimbingan dan penyuluhan hubungan mereka. Kata Kunci : Strategi Penghulu Dalam Pembinaan Calon Pengantin. ABSTRACT The Office of Religious Affairs is the smallest institution of the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the Sub-district level. The KUA is tasked with assisting in carrying out some of the duties of the Sub-district Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in the field of Islamic religious affairs in the Sub-district area. The task of the KUA is to serve the community with a good service system so that it can serve the community, this type of research is field research conducted at the KUA Terbanggi Besar, then the method used uses the interview method, observation, and documentation. In addition, the author also uses literature on the strategy of the registrar in guiding prospective brides and grooms. Then the nature of this research is descriptive, namely a study that only describes, depicts, explains and reports a state of the object of research. In this case, the research only reveals what happens in the field, in order to provide explanations and answers to the subject being studied using a qualitative approach. The results of this thesis research are the penghulu's strategy in coaching prospective brides and grooms at the religious affairs office, including: Penghulu Management Strategy in Coaching/Courses for Prospective Brides and Grooms (SUSCATIN). Coaching Prospective Brides and Grooms is the provision of knowledge, understanding and skills, in a short time to prospective brides and grooms about household or family life. While prospective brides and grooms are Muslim men and Muslim women who will live a household life in a marriage bond. The conclusion of this study is the rampant divorce cases which are one of the problems that always arise in the midst of society. Divorce needs to be handled so that it does not increase by means of couples who have problems in their households wanting to come to the KUA first, do not go directly to the religious court to provide attention, coaching, guidance and counseling on their relationship.
