Abstract

ABSTRAK Resolusi konflik adalah upaya penyelesaian sebab-sebab konflik dan penyelesaian konflik dengan menciptakan hubungan baru yang bisa bertahan lama dan positif di antara kelompok-kelompok atau pihak-pihak yang bermusuhan. Konflik dalam penelitian ini merupakan konflik horizontal karena ada permasalahan antar sesama pelajar yaitu pelajar SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dengan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung yang diawali oleh sikap saling tantang dimedia sosial. Banyak sekali alasan yang bisa menjadikan tawuran antar pelajar terjadi, namun dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi media sosial, yang kemudian sampai menyebabkan nyawa seorang pelajar melayang. Tawuran pelajar yang terjadi antara SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dengan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung ini terjadi di jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Way Dadi, Bandar Lampung yang sebabkan siswa BLK Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan berinisial GIZ meninggal dunia. Resolusi konflik tawuran pelajar merupakan sebuah proses penyelesaian masalah yang dimana bertemunya antar pelajar SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dengan pelajar SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung yang menjalin sebuah kerja sama melalui aturan-aturan yang disepakatinya untuk menciptakan keharmonisan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana proses penyelesaian konflik tawuran pelajar antara SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dengan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana upaya SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung dalam mencegah terjadinya konflik yang berkelanjutan. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian konflik tawuran pelajar antara SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dengan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana upaya SMK BLK Bandar Lampung dan SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung dalam mencegah terjadinya konflik yang berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data menggunakan dua sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Pendekatan sosiologis adalah suatu pendekatan yang menerangkan suatu keadaan masyarakat yang dilengkapi dengan struktur ataupun gambaran gejala sosial yang saling berhubungan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori resolusi konflik Johan Galtung untuk menganalisis dan membahas hasil temuan yang ada di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penyelesaian konflik yang dilakukan oleh SMK BLK dan SMKN 2 yaitu dimulai dari pertemuan antara kedua sekolah yang berkonflik dan didampingi oleh dinas pendidikan dan kepolisian. Dalam pertemuan ini dilakukan mediasi terkait konflik yang terjadi, setelah diadakan proses mediasi ini menghasilkan kesepakatan, para pelajar yang terlibat diwajibkan untuk menandatangani surat perjanjian yang menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak akan mengulangi tindakan tawuran kembali. Namun meskipun mediasi dilakukan, tetapi tidak mengesampingkan hukum yang ditetapkan karena sudah memasuki ranah pidana dan tetap harus di selesaikan melalui proses pengadilan. Upaya dalam mencegah terjadinya konflik yang berkelanjutan yaitu menggunakan metode self regulation dan third party intervention, upaya melalui metode self regulation yaitu penerapkan tata tertib, penerapan ekstrakurikuler, meningkatkan patroli/kontrol oleh guru bimbingan konseling, memperingati hari besar Islam, dan razia grub pelajar. Upaya menggunakan metode third party intervention meliputi kerjasama dengan dinas pendidikan dan kepolisian, kerjasama dengan orang tua, dan membuat forum osis tingkat SMK se-kota Bandar Lampung. ABSTRACT Conflict resolution is an effort to resolve the causes of conflict and resolve conflict by creating new relationships that can last long and be positive between hostile groups or parties. The conflict in this research was a horizontal conflict because there was a problem between fellow students, namely students at SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung which started with an attitude of challenging each other on social media. There are many reasons that can cause brawls between students to occur, but in this research it was influenced by social media, which then led to the loss of a student's life. The student brawl that occurred between SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung occurred on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Way Dadi, Bandar Lampung which resulted in the death of a BLK student majoring in Computer Network Engineering with the initials GIZ. Student brawl conflict resolution is a problem solving process in which students from SMK BLK Bandar Lampung meet with SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung students who establish cooperation through agreed rules to create harmony. The formulation of the problem in this research is, what is the process of resolving student brawl conflicts between SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung and what are the efforts of SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung in preventing ongoing conflict. With the aim of knowing the process of resolving the student brawl conflict between SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung and how SMK BLK Bandar Lampung and SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung have attempted to prevent ongoing conflict. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source uses two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The selection of informants in this research used a purposive sampling technique with a sociological approach. The sociological approach is an approach that explains a state of society that is equipped with a structure or description of interconnected social phenomena. The data collection method in this research uses three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The theory used in this research is Johan Galtung's conflict resolution theory to analyze and discuss the findings in the field. The results of this research show that the conflict resolution process carried out by SMK BLK and SMKN 2 started from a meeting between the two schools in conflict and was accompanied by the education service and police. In this meeting, mediation was carried out regarding the conflict that occurred. After this mediation process resulted in an agreement, the students involved were required to sign a letter of agreement stating that they would not repeat the brawl again. However, even though mediation is carried out, it does not override the established law because it has entered the criminal realm and must still be resolved through the court process. Efforts to prevent ongoing conflict include using self-regulation and third party intervention methods, efforts through self-regulation methods, namely implementing rules, implementing extracurricular activities, increasing patrols/control by guidance and counseling teachers, commemorating Islamic holidays, and raiding student groups. Efforts to use the third party intervention method include collaboration with the education and police departments, collaboration with parents, and creating a student council forum at the vocational school level throughout the city of Bandar Lampung.
