Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan sektor industri hampir selalu mendapat prioritas utama dalam rencana pembangunan negara-negara sedang berkembang (NSB), hal ini karena sektor industri dianggap sebagai sektor pemimpin (the leading sector) yang mendorong perkembangan sektor lainnya, seperti sektor jasa dan pertanian. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini tidak mengherankan jika peranan sektor industri semakin penting dalam berkembangnya perekonomian suatu negara termasuk juga Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh determinasi aglomerasi industri di 34 provinsi Indonesia dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dimana determinasi atau faktor-faktor aglomerasi industri dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Angkatan Kerja, Human Capital Investment, dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dalam bentuk regresi data panel yaitu gabungan dari data time series dan data cross section. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data diolah dengan analisis data panel dengan model regresi Fixed Effect Model menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Angkatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, Human Capital Investment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Aglomerasi Industri di 34 Provinsi Indonesia tahun 2018-2023. Variabel Angkatan Kerja, Human Capital Investment, dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Aglomerasi Industri di 34 Provinsi Indonesia. Aglomerasi industri dalam Islam bertujuan untuk pendistribusian hasil yang merata, bukan hanya untuk orang-orang kaya namun juga untuk orang-orang miskin. Kata Kunci : Aglomerasi Industri, Angkatan Kerja, Human Capital Investment, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT The development of the industrial sector is almost always given top priority in the development plans of developing countries. This is because the industrial sector is considered the leading sector that drives the growth of other sectors, such as services and agriculture. Based on this reality, it is not surprising that the role of the industrial sector becomes increasingly important in the economic development of a country, including Indonesia. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of industrial agglomeration determinants in 34 provinces of Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economics. The determinants or factors of industrial agglomeration in this research include the Workforce, Human Capital Investment, and Regional Gross Domestic Product. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data utilized comprises secondary data in the form of panel data regression, which is a combination of time series and cross-sectional data. The secondary data in this research is sourced from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data is processed using panel data analysis with a Fixed Effect Model regression approach, utilizing EViews 10 software. The results of this study indicate that the Workforce has a positive but insignificant effect, Human Capital Investment has a positive and significant effect, and Regional Gross Domestic Product has a positive but insignificant effect on Industrial Agglomeration in 34 provinces of Indonesia from 2018 to 2023. The variables Workforce, Human Capital Investment, and Regional Gross Domestic Product simultaneously or collectively influence Industrial Agglomeration in 34 provinces of Indonesia. Industrial agglomeration in Islam aims for the equitable distribution of wealth, not only for the rich but also for the poor.
