Abstract

ABSTRAK Selama masa emerging adulthood, individu mengalami krisis yang disebut quarter life crisis (QLC), yang ditandai dengan bimbang dalam memilih keputusan, merasa putus asa dalam pendidikan atau pekerjaan, merasa tertekan dengan tuntutan orang tua dan sosial, dan merasa cemas dalam memikirkan masa depan. Krisis ini terjadi antara usia 18 -29 tahun, tetapi paling intens pada usia 20-an. Gejolak emosi yang terlihat pada individu yang bertransisi dari masa remaja ke dewasa sering dikaitkan dengan QLC. Salah satu tugas perkembangan untuk mencapi masa emerging adulthood adalah menghadapi dunia sosial, namun ekspektasi masyarakat mengenai tonggak-tonggak seperti kelulusan, pernikahan, dan pekerjaan dapat menciptakan tekanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 209 individu emerging adulthood. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala quarter life crisis (α= 0,931), skala resiliensi (α= 0,883), dan skala keberfungsian keluarga (α= 0,964). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software JASP versi 0.19.0.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) 0,521 Dengan F hitung 38.373 dan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01), artinya secara bersama-sama resiliensi dan keberfungsian keluarga memiliki hubungan terhadap quarter life crisis. Selain itu didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) -0.485 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan efektif 21,6%. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara resiliensi dengan quarter life crisis. Nilai koesifien korelasi (r) -0.286 dengan signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.01) dan sumbangan efektif 5,5%. Artinya terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan quarter life crisis. Kata Kunci : Quarter Life Crisis, Resiliensi, Keberfungsian Keluarga. ABSTRACT During emerging adulthood, individuals experience a crisis called the quarter-life crisis (QLC), which is characterized by indecision in choosing decisions, feeling hopeless in education or work, feeling pressured by parental and social demands, and feeling anxious about the future. This crisis occurs between the ages of 18-29 years, but is most intense in the 20s. The emotional turmoil seen in individuals transitioning from adolescence to adulthood is often associated with QLC. One of the developmental tasks of reaching emerging adulthood is facing the social world, but societal expectations about milestones such as graduation, marriage, and employment can create stress. This research is a quantitative study using a purposive sampling technique involving a sample of 209 emerging adulthood individuals. Data collection techniques used a quarter life crisis scale (α= 0.931), a resilience scale (α= 0.883), and a 52-item family functioning scale (α= 0.964). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of JASP software version 0.19.0.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis show a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.521. With an F count of 38.373 and a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01), this means that together resilience and family functioning are related to the quarter life crisis. Apart from that, the correlation coefficient (r) was -0.485 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01) and an effective contribution of 21.6%. This means that there is a significant negative relationship between resilience and quarter life crisis. The correlation coefficient value (r) is -0.286 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01) and an effective contribution of 5.5%. This means that there is a significant negative relationship between family functioning and quarter life crisis. Keywords : Quarter Life Crisis, Resilience, Family Functioning.
