Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemerintah Desa memiliki hak dalam mengatur kepentingan masyarakat setempat dan mengurus tata pemerintahannya secara mandiri sesuai dengan UU Republik Indonesia No.6 Tahun 2014. Dimana untuk mengurus dan mengatur Desa diperlukan Akuntabilitas untuk mempertanggungjawabkan segala aktifitas pemerintah desa kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyajian laporan keuangan, aksesibilitas informasi desa dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam (studi kasus pada pada Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) data primer dari kuesioner dan data sekunder dari dokumentasi. Populasi nya adalah masyarakat Desa Merak Batin yang telah berusia 17 tahun ke atas atau sudah memiliki hak pilih. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode slovin sebanyak 100 sampel. Pengujian diproses menggunakan analisis linear berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver.26. Uji kualitas data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas Pearson Correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach‟s Alpha. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi yang sudah disesuaikann dengan uji F, dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penyajian laporan keuangan, aksesibilitas informasi desa dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Merak Batin Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam akuntabilitas suatu hal penting karena akuntabilitas merupakan suatu pertanggungjawaban seorang yang diberi tanggung jawab (pemerintah desa) terhadap pemberi amanah (masyarakat). Pertanggungjawaban kepada masyarakat berupa pengelolaan keuangan yang baik sesuai standar dan aturan Akuntansi yang berlaku. Kata Kunci : Penyajian Laporan Keuangan, Aksesibilitas Informasi Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. ABSTRACT The Village Government has the right to regulate the interests of the local community and manage its governance independently in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014. Where to manage and regulate the Village Accountability is required to be accountable for all activities of the village government to the community. This study aims to determine the effect of the presentation of financial reports, village information accessibility and community participation on village financial management accountability in an Islamic economic perspective (a case study in Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency). The research approach used in this research is quantitative, with the type of field research primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from documentation. The population is the people of Merak Batin Village who are aged 17 years and over or already have the right to vote. Determination of the sample using the slovin method of 100 samples. Tests are processed using multiple linear analysis and using the SPSS ver.26 application. The data quality test in this study is the validity test of the Pearson Correlation and the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. To test the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination test that has been adapted to the F test and t test. The results of the data analysis show that the presentation of financial reports, accessibility of village information and community participation have have a positive effect both partially and simultaneously on the accountability of village financial management in Merak Batin Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency. According to an Islamic economic perspective, accountability is an important matter because accountability is the responsibility of someone who is given responsibility (village government) to the trustee (community).
