Abstract

ABSTRAK Tour Leader adalah individu yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengarahkan rombongan dalam perjalanan wisata, baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Untuk memastikan kualitas seorang Tour Leader, dibutuhkan seseorang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan, memiliki pengetahuan luas untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik, disiplin dalam menjalankan tugasnya, memiliki kreativitas, dan kompeten dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Tour Leader dalam memimpin jamaah ibadah umrah. Untuk mengetahui tantangan dan kendala apa saya yang dihadapi oleh seorang Tour Leader, dan mengetahui SOP Tour Leader PT Assa Duta Wisata sudah sesuai dengan SOP Tour Leader yang sudah ditetapkan oleh SKKNI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis deskriptif. Data-data yang di dapatkan dari Lembaga kemudian diolah secara sistematis baik berupa kata kata tertulis, arsip, dan lisan, serta prilaku yang diamati untuk memperoleh Gambaran informasi yang berhubungan dengan peran Tour Leader dalam memimpin jamaah ibadah umrah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tour Leader PT Assa Duta Wisata mempunyai peran penting dalam kelancaran ibadah umrah yang berjalan baik, aman dan lancar, serta mampu melayani jamaah dengan cepat, memberikan kenyamanan,dan kenangan baik kepada jamaah sehingga terciptanya kepuasan jamaah. tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi seorang Tour Leader saat perjalanan ibadah umrah ialah, Adanya jammah yang hilang atau berpencar dari rombongan, Adanya jamaah yang sakit, Adanya jamaah yang yang sudah lanjut usia, dan Jamaah yang sulit diatur. SOP Tour Leader PT Assa Duta Wisata sudah sesuai dengan SOP Tour Leader yang di tetapkan oleh SKKNI. Kata kunci: peran, Tour Leader, PT Assa Duta Wisata, Ibadah Umrah ABSTRCT A Tour Leader is an individual who has the responsibility to direct the group on a tourist trip, both domestically and abroad. To ensure the quality of a Tour Leader, someone is needed who is responsible for the tasks given, has extensive knowledge to provide good service, is disciplined in carrying out his duties, has creativity, and is competent in his field. This study aims to find out the role of Tour Leaders in leading Umrah pilgrims. To find out what challenges and obstacles I am faced by a Tour Leader, and to know that the SOP of the Tour Leader of PT Assa Duta Wisata is in accordance with the SOP of the Tour Leader that has been set by SKKNI. This study uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques. The data obtained from the Institution is then processed systematically in the form of written, archival, and oral words, as well as observed behaviors to obtain an overview of information related to the role of Tour Leaders in leading the Umrah pilgrims. The results of the study show that the Tour Leader of PT Assa Duta Wisata has an important role in the smooth running of the Umrah pilgrimage which runs well, safely and smoothly, and is able to serve pilgrims quickly, provide comfort, and good memories to pilgrims so that congregational satisfaction is created. The challenges and obstacles faced by a Tour Leader during the Umrah pilgrimage are, the presence of jammah that is lost or scattered from the group, the presence of sick pilgrims, the existence of elderly pilgrims, and pilgrims who are difficult to manage. The SOP Tour Leader of PT Assa Duta Wisata is in accordance with the SOP of Tour Leader set by SKKNI. Keywords: role, Tour Leader, PT Assa Duta Wisata, Umrah
