Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia bisnis pada sektor jasa semakin meningkat saat ini. Perkembangan ini dapat diamati pada aktivitas sehari-hari, di mana sebagian besar aktivitas tersebut tidak bisa lepas dari penggunaan atau peranan dari berbagai sektor jasa. Salah satu sektor jasa yang yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah jasa fotografi. Seiring perkembangan zaman, dunia fotografi terus berkembang. Khususnya dibidang jasa foto wisuda. Kehadiran Matakata Studio menjadi salah satu fasilitas bagi fotografer serta model untuk mewujudkan kreatifitasnya Beberapa permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan sewa jasa foto wisuda di studio foto Matakata Way Halim Bandar Lampung, Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, dan bagaimana perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah pada pelaksanaan akad dalam sewa jasa foto wisuda di studio foto Matakata Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami mengenai pelaksanaan sewa jasa foto wisuda di studio foto pada Matakata Studio Way Halim Bandar Lampung, dan memahami perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah pada pelaksanaan akad dalam sewa jasa foto wisuda di Matakata Studio Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan (field research) di mana peneliti melakukan penelitian di studio foto Matakata Way Halim Bandar Lampung yang berlokasi di Jl. Sultan Hj Sepang Jaya, Kecamatan Kedaton, Kota Bandar Lampung. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan sewa jasa foto wisuda oleh Matakata Studio, tempat pemotretannya dilakukan dengan tipe indoor. Dimana keluarga atau klien dapat memilih background yang tersedia pilihannya di Matakata Studio Way Halim, Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah sesi potret atau pengambilan gambar foto wisuda berdasarkan paket yang dipilih oleh klien. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, wisudawan dan keluarga dapat berpose formal maupun non formal dan kostum yang digunakan dalam sesi foto bisa 1 atau lebih sesuai dengan paket yang client pilih. Faktanya masalah muncul ketika pada hari pelaksanaan pemotretan, pelanggan dihadapkan pada biaya tambahan yang tidak tercantum sebelumnya. Biaya tambahan ini dikenakan untuk setiap orang tambahan yang ikut berfoto dan juga untuk penggunaan lebih dari satu jenis pakaian dalam sesi pemotretan. Praktik ini menimbulkan ketidakpuasan di kalangan pelanggan yang merasa dirugikan karena tidak mendapatkan informasi lengkap mengenai seluruh biaya yang harus mereka tanggung. This development can be observed in daily activities, where most of these activities cannot be separated from the use or role of various service sectors. One service sector that is widely used today is photography services. As time goes by, the world of photography continues to develop. Especially in the field of graduation photo services. The presence of Matakata Studio is a facility for photographers and models to realize their creativity Some of the problems in this research are how to implement the rental of graduation photo services at the Matakata Way Halim photo studio Bandar Lampung, Tanjung Senang, Bandar Lampung, and what is the perspective of Sharia Economic Law on the implementation of contracts in renting graduation photo services at the Matakata Way Halim Bandar photo studio Lampung. This research aims to understand the implementation of renting graduation photo services at photo studios at Matakata Studio Way Halim Bandar Lampung, and to understand the perspective of Sharia Economic Law on the implementation of contracts in renting graduation photo services at Matakata Studio Way Halim Bandar Lampung. This research is included in field research where researchers conducted research at the Matakata Way Halim Bandar Lampung photo studio located on Jl. Sultan Hj Sepang Jaya, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City. Researchers concluded that the rental of graduation photo services was carried out by Matakata Studio, where the photo shoot was carried out indoor type. Where families or clients can choose the background of their choice at Matakata Studio Way Halim, Bandar Lampung with the number of portrait sessions or graduation photo shoots based on the package chosen by the client. Based on the results of the interview, graduates and their families can pose formally or informally and the costumes used in the photo session can be 1 or more according to the package the client chooses. In fact, the problem arises when on the day of the photo shoot, the customer is faced with additional costs that were not previously listed. This additional fee is charged for each additional person taking part in the photo and also for the use of more than one type of clothing in the photo shoot. This practice causes dissatisfaction among customers who feel disadvantaged because they do not receive complete information regarding all the costs they have to bear.
