Abstract

ABSTRAK Fokus penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji peran FKUB dalam resolusi konflik sosial keagamaan berkaitan dengan pembangunan rumah ibadah dan penyalah gunaan bangunan sebagai rumah ibadah. Adapun hal yang mendasar adalah negara indoenesia adalah negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman salah satunya adalah agama. Negara mengakui terdapat enam agama resmi yang di akui secara hukum yaitu Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Hindu, Budha dan Konghucu. Begitu juga dengan kabupaten Pesawaran. FKUB memiliki peran dalam resolusi konflik sosial keagamaan mengenai pembangunan rumah ibadah dan penyalah guanaan bangunan sebagai rumah ibadah. Teori yang digunakan adalah dialektika sosial dengan tokohnya Peter L. Berger dan teori integrasi sosial dengan tokohnya Talcot Parson. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif analisis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran FKUB dalam resolusi konflik sosial keagamaan dalam pembangunan rumah ibadah dan penyalah guanaan bangunan sebagai rumah ibadah selain menjalankan dari tugas pokok juga mejadikan pemuda dan masyarakt sebagi sasaran dari sosialisasi kerukunan umat beragama. Faktor pendukung yaitu soliditas, partisipasi masyarakat agama dan dukungan dana dari pemerintah. Faktor penghambat yaitu faktor eksternal dan internal. Faktor eskternal diantaranya adalah benturan kepentingan antar FKUB dengan pemerintah dan terdapat sudut pandang yang berbeda dalam melihat sebuah kegiatan. Faktor penghambat internal adalah kesibukan dari masing masing anggota dan terkendala oleh jarak. Kata kunci: peran FKUB, resolusi konflik dan rumah ibadah. ABSTRACK The focus of this research is to examine the role of FKUB in the resolution of socio-religious conflicts related to the construction of places of worship and the misuse of buildings as places of worship. The basic thing is that Indonesia is a country that has diversity, one of which is religion. The state recognizes that there are six official religions that are legally recognized, namely Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism. Likewise with Pesawaran district. FKUB has a role in resolving socio-religious conflicts regarding the construction of places of worship and misuse of buildings as places of worship. The theories used are social dialectics with the character Peter L. Berger and social integration theory with the character Talcot Parson. This research is included in the type of field research which is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of FKUB in resolving socio religious conflicts in the construction of places of worship and misuse of buildings as houses of worship, apart from carrying out its main duties, also makes youth and the community targets for socializing religious harmony. Supporting factors are solidity, participation of religious communities and financial support from the government. Inhibiting factors are external and internal factors. External factors include conflicts of interest between FKUB and the government and there are different points of view in looking at an activity. Internal inhibiting factors are the busyness of each member and being constrained by distance. Key words: role of FKUB, conflict resolution and places of worship.
