Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak adalah hal yang paling berharga yang dimiliki oleh keluarga. Tidak hanya keluarga bahkan Negara pun sangat menjamin akan keberlangsungan dan keamanan anak. Namun sekarang banyak terjadi dimana anak-anak sering kali tidak mendapatkan hak-haknya dan ditempatkan diposisi yang paling dirugikan, seperti menjadi korban eksploitasi seksual. Korban eksploitasi seksual bisa saja terjadi pada anak-anak maupun orang dewasa, dari kasus yang terjadi maka penulis ingin meneliti sejauh mana pihak Rumah Perempuan dan Anak (RPA) Kabupaten Lampung Timur dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada korban eksploitasi seksual dan proses penyembuhan traumanya serta membantu klien dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana proses layanan konseling individu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialiasi korban eksploitasi seksual di Rumah Perempuan dan Anak (RPA) Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (filed research), sifat dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan secara lengkap data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pemilihan informan menggunakan studi kasus yaitu 2 klien korban eksploitasi seksual, 2 anggota keluarga 1 konselor sekaligus kepala lembaga Rumah Perempuan dan Anak (RPA) Kabupaten Lampung Timur serta 1 pekerja sosial. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan teori Sugiyono. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan proses layanan konseling individu yang diberikan kepada klien dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) Tahap pengantaran, dimana konselor menyambut klien dengan sikap hangat dan terbuka, konselor memperhatikan jarak duduk, dan memastikan kontak mata yang sesuai untuk membangun kepercayaan antara klien dan konselor itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini konselor menggunakan teknik attending. 2) tahap penjajakan, konselor mengumpulkan informasi yang relevan untuk membantu memahami kondisi dan kebutuhan klien secara lebih mendalam. Teknik yang digunakan pada tahap penjajakan ini adalah teknik mendengar aktif dan teknik refleksi. Pada tahap ini konselor berusaha menanyakan dan mereview kejadian yang menjadi penyebab klien menjadi korban eksploitasi seksual. 3) tahap penafsiran, klien dan konselor bekerja sama untuk memberikan makna mengenai pengalaman dan perasaan klien. 4) tahap pembinaan, konselor serta pekerja sosial membantu klien dalam memberikan dukungan, strategi dan informasi kepada klien. Pemberian informasi kepada klien meliputi pemberian materi 5) tahap penilaian dan evaluasi, konselor mengukur sudah sejauh mana tujuan konseling individu tercapai dan memberikan umpan balik kepada klien serta konselor. Melalui evaluasi yang menyeluruh, konselor dapat memastikan bahwa klien mengalami perubahan kearah yang positif dan membaik. Perubahan tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam sikap dan berperilaku klien dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasinya. Not only the family, but even the State is very sure of the sustainability and safety of children. But now there are many cases where children often do not get their rights and are placed in the most disadvantaged positions, such as being victims of sexual exploitation. Victims of sexual exploitation can occur in children and adults, from the cases that occurred, the author wants to research the extent to which the East Lampung Regency Women's and Children's Home (RPA) provides services to victims of sexual exploitation and the process of healing their trauma and helps clients in improving their social skills. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how the process of individual counseling services in improving the socialization skills of victims of sexual exploitation at the Women's and Children's Home (RPA) of East Lampung Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research, with the type of field research (filed research), the nature of this research is qualitative descriptive research, which is to describe completely the data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. In this study, the selection of informants used case studies, namely 2 clients of victims of sexual exploitation, 2 family members, 1 counselor and head of the East Lampung Regency Women's and Children's Home (RPA) institution and 1 social worker. The data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification and conclusion drawing using Sugiyono's theory. The results of the study show that the stages of the process of individual counseling services provided to clients are carried out in the following stages: 1) The delivery stage, where the counselor welcomes the client with a warm and open attitude, the counselor pays attention to the seating distance, and ensures appropriate eye contact to build trust between the client and the counselor himself. At this stage, the counselor uses the attending technique. 2) The exploration stage, the counselor gathers relevant information to help understand the client's condition and needs more deeply. The techniques used in this exploration stage are active listening techniques and reflection techniques. At this stage, the counselor tries to ask and review the incident that causes the client to become a victim of sexual exploitation. 3) The interpretation stage, the client and the counselor work together to provide meaning regarding the client's experience and feelings. 4) The coaching stage, counselors and social workers assist clients in providing support, strategies and information to clients. Providing information to clients includes providing material 5) assessment and evaluation stages, counselors measure the extent to which individual counseling goals have been achieved and provide feedback to clients and counselors. Through a thorough evaluation, the counselor can ensure that the client is experiencing positive and improved changes. These changes show an improvement in the attitude and behavior of clients in improving their social skills. Keywords: Individual Counseling, Social Skills, Victims of Sexual Exploitation.
