Abstract

ABSTRAK Ikan lele merupakan salah satu komoitas pakan yang digemari karena banyak dagingnya serta gurih rasanya dan banyak terkandung nutrisi tinggi, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang membudidayakan. Namun dillapangannya budidaya ikan lele mengalami masalah perihal ongkos produksi yang tinggi akibat dari harga pakan yang sering mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya pelet komersil yang kandungan nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan ikan lele yang baik harganya relatif mahal dan tidak sesuai untuk menutup biaya ongkos produksi yang lain. Perlu adanya sumber protein dan nutrisi lain secara alternatif namun memberikan dampak terhadap mpertumbuhan ikan lele (Clarias sp.). ampas tahu dan maggot (hermetia illucens) kombinasi antara campuran pelet komersil 20% dan 80% campuran ampas tahu dan maggot menghasilkan pakan yang memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesi (SNI) dengan kadar lemak 20,56% kadar protein 35,54% kadar air 12% dan kadar abu 4,35%. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Sukarame Kecamatan Sukarame, Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Populasi ikan lele yang digunakan sebanyak 24 ekor. Pengamatan berat, panjang, suhu, dan pH, dilakukan setiap 7 hari sekali selama 30 hari. Analisis digunakan dengan menggunakan uju ANOVA dan uji BNT dengan taraf signifikan 0,05%. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa dengan mencampurkan ampas tahu dan maggot dengan pelet komersil menunjukan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan P3 dengan berat rata-rata 14,4g panjang mutlak 5,3cm dan nilai FCR sebesar 1,44%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan pengguaan pakan alternatif menggunakan ampas tahu dan maggot berhasil memberikan dampak terhadap pertumbuhanikan lele dan mengurangi biaya pada ongkos pakan pada budidaya ikan lele. Kata Kunci: Pertumuhan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) yang diberi pelet kombinasi ampas tahu dan maggot iv ABSTRACT Catfish is one of the most popular feed commodities because it has a lot of meat and is savory in taste and contains high nutrients, so many people cultivate it. However, in the field, catfish cultivation experiences problems regarding high production costs due to feed prices that often increase every year, commercial pellets that contain nutrients for good catfish growth are relatively expensive and are not suitable for covering other production costs. There needs to be an alternative source of protein and other nutrients but it has an impact on the growth of catfish (Clarias sp.). tofu dregs and maggots (hermetia illucens) a combination of a mixture of 20% commercial pellets and 80% a mixture of tofu dregs and maggots produces feed that meets the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) with a fat content of 20.56%, a protein content of 35.54%, a water content of 12% and an ash content of 4.35%. This research was conducted in Sukarame Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The population of catfish used was 24. Observations of weight, length, temperature, and pH were carried out every 7 days for 30 days. The analysis used ANOVA test and BNT test with a significance level of 0.05%. The results of the study stated that mixing tofu dregs and maggots with commercial pellets showed the best results in the P3 treatment with an average weight of 14.4g, an absolute length of 5.3cm and an FCR value of 1.44%. These results indicate that the use of alternative feed using tofu dregs and maggots has succeeded in having an impact on the growth of catfish and reducing the cost of feed costs in catfish cultivation.
