Abstract

ABSTRAK Pj Gubernur Sulbar Akmal Malik memberikan apresiasi atas rekomendasi DPRD Sulbar. Adapun rekomendasi tersebut menyangkut realisasi kinerja Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang tidak maksimal serta banyaknya program mendesak yang belum tercapai. Hal tersebut diungkapkan Akmal Malik saat menghadiri Rapat Paripurna penyampaian rekomendasi DPRD Sulbar terhadap Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) Gubernur Sulbar Tahun Anggaran 2022 di Kantor Sementara DPRD Sulbar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi Informasi, dan Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Manajerial yang dimoderasi oleh Ketidakpastian Lingkungan studi pada BPKAD Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif , jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang bersumber dari pegawai bidang akuntansi dan pengelolaan aset dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang pada BPKAD Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM PLS dengan alat pengolahan data Smart PLS versi 4. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, selanjutnya untuk Teknologi Informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, dan untuk Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Untuk efek moderasi Ketidakpastian Lingkungan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi Informasi, dan Sistem Akuntansi Manajemen pada Kinerja Manajerial. ABSTRAK Acting Governor of West Sulawesi Akmal Malik expressed his appreciation for the recommendations of the West Sulawesi DPRD. The recommendations concern the realization of the performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) which is not optimal and the many urgent programs which have not been achieved. This was expressed by Akmal Malik when attending the Plenary Meeting to present the recommendations of the West Sulawesi DPRD regarding the Accountability Report (LKPJ) of the Governor of West Sulawesi for Fiscal Year 2022 at the Temporary Office of the West Sulawesi DPRD. This research aims to determine the influence of Human Resource Quality, Information Technology, and Management Accounting Systems on Managerial Performance which is moderated by the Uncertainty of the Study Environment at BPKAD Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, the type of data in this research is primary data sourced from employees in the accounting and asset management sector with a sample size of 50 people at BPKAD Bandar Lampung City. This research uses SEM PLS analysis with the Smart PLS version 4 data processing tool. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the results of this research show that the Quality of Human Resources has no effect on Managerial Performance, furthermore Information Technology has no effect on Managerial Performance, and the Management Accounting System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance. For the moderating effect of Environmental Uncertainty there is no influence on the Quality of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Management Accounting Systems on Managerial Performance.
