Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap penyediaan lapangan kerja, khususnya di daerah pedesaan. Namun, tantangan berupa inflasi yang fluktuatif dan tingkat investasi yang bervariasi mempengaruhi dinamika penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor ini. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Apakah Inflasi berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (2) Apakah Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (3) Apakah Inflasi dan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (4) Apakah Inflasi dan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Indonesia Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder jenis data time series yang bersumber dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) dan di analisi menggunakan Eviews10. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (2) Investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (3) Inflasi dan Investasi secara bersama-sama pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia, (4) Dalam perspektif Islam, menjaga stabilitas harga sangat penting untuk memastikan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dan investasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam, seperti keadilan, keberlanjutan, dan penghindaran riba, sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian. Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Investasi, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Sektor Pertanian. ABSTRACT The agricultural sector is one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy that makes a significant contribution to the provision of employment, especially in rural areas. However, challenges in the form of fluctuating inflation and varying levels of investment affect the dynamics of labor absorption in this sector. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) Does inflation affect labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, (2) Does investment affect labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, (3) Do inflation and investment affect labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, (4) Do inflation and investment affect labor absorption in Indonesia in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The secondary data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data sourced from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) and analyzed using Eviews10. The results of this study are (1) Inflation has a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Indonesia, (2) Investment has a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Indonesia, (3) Inflation and Investment together have a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Indonesia, (4) From an Islamic perspective, maintaining price stability is very important to ensure the welfare of society. And investments made in accordance with Islamic principles, such as justice, sustainability, and avoidance of usury, are very effective in increasing labor absorption in the agricultural sector.
