Abstract

ABSTRAK Jual beli merupakan kegiatan mu’amalah yang dilakukan oleh setiap manusia, dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, sebagaimana yang telah dipraktikan Rasulullah SAW. Dan para sahabat pada masa dahulu. Dengan praktik jual beli yang dilakukan oleh umat islam pada kehidupam sehari-hari, hal ini membuktikan bahwa manusia ialah makhluk sosial dan tidak bisa hidup tanpa bantuan orang lain. Semua praktik bermu’amalah itu pasti adanya dengan rukun dengan syarat yang telah ditentukan oleh Allah SWT. Supaya tidak ada yang mendzolimi sesama umatnnya. Untuk itu kita semua selaku umat Nabi Muhammad SAW. Harus mengikuti semua perintah yang telah ditentukan dan menjauhi segala larangannya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penentuan harga dalam jual beli sapi bunting yang terjadi pada masyarakat di Desa Srisawahan dan bagaimana perspektif Fiqih Muamalah terhadap penentuan harga dalam jual beli sapi bunting di Desa Srisawahan Kecamatan Punggur Lampung Tengah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penentuan harga dalam jual beli sapi bunting yang terjadi di Desa Srisawahan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif Fiqih Muamalah terhadap penentuan harga jual beli sapi bunting yang terjadi di Desa Srisawahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan dan analisa data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik jual beli yang terjadi di desa Srisawahan rukunnya telah terpenuhi namun syarat pendukung rukun jual belli tersebut tidak terpenuhi. Selain itu praktik jual beli disini juga termasuk jual beli yang dilakukan bangsa jahiliyah pada zaman dahulu, yang dimana jual beli ini termasuk jual beli yang dilarang oleh Allah SWT. Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Penentuan Harga, Sapi, Bunting, Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. ABSTRACT Buying and selling is a mu'amalah activity carried out by every human being, in fulfilling their life needs, as practiced by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. And his companions in the past. With the practice of buying and selling carried out by Muslims in everyday life, this proves that humans are social beings and cannot live without the help of others. All mu'amalah practices must exist in harmony with the conditions that have been determined by Allah SWT. So that no one oppresses his fellow people. For that, all of us as the people of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Must follow all the commands that have been determined and stay away from all prohibitions. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to determine the price in the sale and purchase of pregnant cows that occurs in the community in Srisawahan Village and what is the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah on the determination of prices in the sale and purchase of pregnant cows in Srisawahan Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out how prices are determined in the buying and selling of pregnant cows that occur in Srisawahan Village and to find out what the Muamalah Fiqh perspective is about determining the buying and selling prices of pregnant cows that occur in Srisawahan Village. Based on the results of research in the field and data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the practice of buying and selling that occurs in Srisawahan village has been fulfilled, but the conditions supporting the harmony of buying and selling have not been met. Apart from that, the practice of buying and selling here also includes buying and selling carried out by the ignorant people in ancient times, where this buying and selling is a buying and selling that is prohibited by Allah SWT.
