Abstract

ABSTRAK Perencanaan karir memiliki peran penting didalam sebuah pengambilan keputusan peserta didik. Peserta didik yang memiliki perencanaan karir yang baik dapat membantu untuk menentukan pilihan karirnya, perencanaan karir peserta didik diperoleh dengan cara memahami diri sendiri, memahami dunia kerja dengan cara mencari berbagai informasi yang digunakan sebagai penunjang alternatif karir. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karir peserta didik kelas XI SMK BLK Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data awal peserta didik yaitu dengan penyebaran angket (pretest), wawancara dengan guru BK, dan observasi serta penyebaran angket (posttest) ke peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimen dengan bentuk desain one group pretest-posttest. Teknik analisis dan pengolahan data menggunakan uji T-test dengan SPSS.25. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Sebelum diberikan layanan informasi treatment perencanaan karir peserta didik memiliki rata-rata nilai sebesar 37,23 dan setelah diberikan treatment mengalami peningkatan perencanaan karir dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 56,57. Kemudian dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis yakni uji Paired Sampel T-test menggunakan SPSS 25, maka didapatkan hasil nilai Thitung -13.354 > Ttabel 2.045 dan nilai asymp.sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 artinya nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karir peserta didik kelas XI BLK Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Students who have good career planning can help determine their career choices. Students' career planning is obtained by understanding themselves, understanding the world of work by looking for various information that is used to support career alternatives. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of information services on the career planning of class XI students at SMK BLK Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Initial data collection on students is by distributing questionnaires (pretest), interviews with guidance and counseling teachers, and observing and distributing questionnaires (posttest) to students. This research method uses a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis and processing techniques use the T-test with SPSS.25. The sample in this study was 30 students. Before being given career planning treatment information services, students had an average score of 37.23 and after being given treatment, their career planning increased with an average score of 56.57. Then it was proven by hypothesis testing, namely the Paired Sample T-test using SPSS 25, the result was a Tcount value of -13,354 > Ttable 2,045 and an asymp.sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000, meaning a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of information services on the career planning of class XI BLK Bandar Lampung students for the 2024/2025 academic year.
