Abstract

ABSTRAK Era globalisasi saat ini, peran tenaga kerja manusia mulai tergeser oleh pengaruh teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Kemajuan di bidang bisnis yang seiring dengan modernisasi, serta perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang berkualitas, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengolah data menjadi informasi yang berguna. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja individu di PT. Bukit Asam Tbk Pelabuhan Tarahan, serta untuk menilai efektivitas kinerja individu dari perspektif Islam Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, yang dimaksud dengan penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan studi kasus di lapangan dan mengacu pada norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan putusan pengadilan serta norma-norma yang hidup dan berkembang di masyarakat serta menggunakan tiga cara dalam mengumpulkan data yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dalam meneliti.Hasil Penelitian Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap kinerja individu menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi yang diterapkan sudah cukup baik, karena didukung oleh sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan berbasis online. Selain itu, prosedur operasional penjualan yang ada bertujuan untuk menghindari penumpukan tugas, sekaligus memudahkan karyawan dalam proses pembukuan dan transaksi lainnya. Kinerja yang optimal adalah langkah penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, sehingga kinerja berperan sebagai indikator pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja. Dalam Islam, bekerja bukan hanya soal bekerja keras, tetapi juga harus dilakukan dengan semangat tauhid yang tinggi dan berakhlak mulia. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Sistem, Informasi, Akuntansi. ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, the role of human labor is starting to be shifted by the influence of increasingly developing technology. Progress in the business sector along with modernization, as well as the development of science and technology, has had a major impact on various aspects of human life, especially in the fields of economics and business. To obtain quality information, a system is needed that can process data into useful information. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the implementation of accounting information systems on individual performance at PT. Bukit Asam Tbk Tarahan Harbor, as well as to assess the effectiveness of individual performance from an Islamic perspective. This type of research uses qualitative research, what is meant by qualitative research is research that uses case studies in the field and refers to legal norms contained in laws and regulations and decisions courts as well as norms that live and develop in society and use three ways to collect data, namely observation, interviews and documentation in research. The results of research on the implementation of accounting information systems on individual performance show that the accounting information system implemented is quite good, because it is supported by computerized and online-based system. Apart from that, the existing sales operational procedures aim to avoid the accumulation of tasks, while making it easier for employees to process bookkeeping and other transactions. Optimal performance is an important step to achieve organizational goals, so performance acts as an indicator of achieving these goals. Therefore, it is important to continuously strive to improve performance. In Islam, work is not just about working hard, but it must also be done with a high spirit of monotheism and noble morals.
