Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Rejomulyo Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu Desa yang masih memanfaatkan tanaman sebagai obat tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai obat, bagian tumbuhan yang digunakan, cara pemanfaatan atau pengolahan tanamannya. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Wawancara dilakukan dengan 20 informan serta hasil penelitian yang didapatkan 67 jenis tanaman yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat di Desa Rejomulyo Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Cara pengolahannya antara lain direbus, diremat, ditumbuk, dibakar, diparut, dan dipakai secara langsung. Nilai ICS (Index Culture Signifigace) yang sedang 4, yang rendah 14 dan sangat rendah 58, serta jumlah SUV tertinggi adalah kunyit dengan nilai 0,25 dan nilai FL tertinggi adalah kunyit dengan nilai 25%. Kata kunci : Rejomulyo, Tanaman Obat, Etnobotani ii ABSTRACT Rejomulyo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency is one of the villages that still uses plants as traditional medicine. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of plants used as medicine, the parts of the plants used, how to utilize or process the plants. This study is a type of descriptive qualitative research with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Interviews were conducted with 20 informants and the results of the study obtained 67 types of plants used by the community in Rejomulyo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The processing methods include boiling, kneading, pounding, burning, grating, and using directly. The ICS (Culture Significance Index) value is moderate at 4, the low is 14 and the very low is 58, and the highest SUV is turmeric with a value of 0.25 and the highest FL value is turmeric with a value of 25%.
