Abstract

ABSTRAK Remaja adalah masa dimana seseorang mengalami peralihan dari anak-anak menuju ke masa dewasa. Dimasa inilah seseorang biasanya mencari jati diri serta mulai mematangkan sikap dan perilakunya. Degradasi moral yang pernah terjadi pada remaja di kecamatan Batu Brak berbentuk penyimpangan perilaku akhlak seperi mencuri, menghirup lem, perkelahian antar remaja, maupun mabuk mabukan. Hal ini menyebabkan pemangku serta perangkat desa Kota Besi yang masih tergabung dalam kecamatan Batu Brak menyadari bahwa mereka harus melaksanakan pengawasan rutin melalui komunikasi interpersonal pada remaja. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitan lapangan (Field Research) sehingga menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi yang berdasarkan Analisis Data oleh Miles dan Hubermen. Selain itu, teori komunikasi interpersonal oleh Joseph A. Devito digunakan untuk menjabarkan bentuk komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang dilaksanakan oleh perangkat Desa Kota Besi dibagi menjadi beberapa proses melalui beberapa acara keagamaan dan sosial seperti Risma, Pengajian serta Kegiatan Kebudayaan, yang bertujuan agar komunikasi yang dilaksanakan menjadi lebih rutin. Selain itu bentuk komunikasi interpersonal yang dilaksanakan yaitu komunikasi interpersonal kelompok kecil yang berisikan beberapa remaja dan perangkat desa. Komunikasi ini efektif jika remaja merupakan remaja sering mengikuti proses komunikasi berupa kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Komunikasi Perangkat Desa, Degradasi Moral. ABSTRACT Adolescence is a period when a person experiences a transition from childhood to adulthood. It is during this period that a person usually searches for their identity and begins to mature their attitudes and behavior. Moral degradation that has occurred among teenagers in Batu Brak sub-district takes the form of deviant moral behavior such as stealing, inhaling glue, fighting between teenagers, and getting drunk. This caused the Kota Besi village officials and officials who were still part of the Batu Brak sub-district to realize that they had to carry out routine supervision through interpersonal communication with teenagers. This research is of the type field research (Field Research) so it uses data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Interviews and Documentation based on Data Analysis by Miles and Hubermen. Apart from that, interpersonal communication theory by Joseph A. Devito is used to describe the forms of interpersonal communication that occur. The research results show that interpersonal communication carried out by Kota Besi Village officials is divided into several processes through several religious and social events such as Risma, Recitation and Cultural Activities, which aims to make the communication carried out more routine. Apart from that, the form of interpersonal communication carried out is small group interpersonal communication containing several teenagers and village officials. This communication is effective if teenagers often participate in communication processes in the form of religious and social activities.
