Abstract

ABSTRAK Desa Wisata adalah bentuk integrasi antara atraksi, akomodasi dan fasilitas yang disajikan. Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah yang belum terlaksana secara menyeluruhlah yang kemudian menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui Implementasi Pasal 13 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Desa Wisata di Desa Wonomarto Kecamatan Kotabumi Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara dan ingin mengetahui perspektif siyᾱsah tanfῑdziyyah terhadap Implementasi Pasal 13 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Desa Wisata di Desa Wonomarto Kecamatan Kotabumi Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik pengolahan data editing, systemizing, dan triangulasi data. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik induktif yaitu menjabarkan semua yang didapat di lapangan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Temuan yang didapat selama penelitian dilaksanakan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Di Desa Wonomarto sudah terlaksana namun perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan di beberapa bidang. Adapun dalam perspektif siyᾱsah tanfῑdziyyah bahwa dalam Implementasi Pasal 13 Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Desa Wisata di Desa Wonomarto Kecamatan Kotabumi Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara, sudah terlaksana dan berjalan sesuai dengan konsep siyᾱsah tanfῑdziyyah dengan melaksanakan Peraturan Daerah dengan prinsip amanah. Research is field research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. Using interview and documentation data collection techniques. As well as data processing techniques for editing, systemizing, and triangulating data. The data analysis technique used is an inductive technique, which describes everything obtained in the field and then draws conclusions. The findings obtained during the research were that the Implementation of North Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2019 concerning the Management of Tourism Villages in Wonomarto Village has been implemented but needs to make several improvements in several fields. As for the perspective of siyᾱsah tanfῑdziyyah, in the implementation of Article 13 of the Regional Regulation of North Lampung Regency Number 9 of 2019 concerning the Management of Tourism Villages in Wonomarto Village, North Kotabumi District, North Lampung Regency, it has been implemented and runs in accordance with the concept of siyᾱsah tanfῑdziyyah by implementing Regional Regulations with the principle of trust.
