Abstract
ABSTRAK Perbedaan Perilaku Asertif Ditinjau dari Suku dan Tipe Kepribadian pada Mahasiswa Oleh : Bela Octhi Forisa Perilaku asertif adalah perilaku dimana individu mampu mengekspresikan pikiran, perasaan dan keinginan secara tepat, jujur, terbuka, bertanggung jawab, langsung mengarah ke tujuan, penuh percaya diri dan teguh pada pendiriannya tanpa adanya perasaan cemas terhadap orang lain, tanpa mengesampingkan dan menyakiti orang lain dan tanpa melanggar hak-hak orang lain. Sebagai mahasiswa, perilaku asertif adalah perilaku yang sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku asertif ditinjau dari suku dan tipe kepribadian pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Raden Intan Lampung angkatan tahun 2021 sebanyak 140 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala perilaku asertif dan tes kepribadian MBTI. Skala perilaku asertif berjumlah 40 aitem (α 0.935). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik uji two way anova dengan bantuan program aplikasi JASP versi 16. Berdasarkan perbedaan rata-rata variabel perilaku asertif ditinjau pada suku menunjukan hasil bahwa suku jawa memiliki mean 83.586 dan suku sumatera memiliki mean 90.843 yang artinya suku sumatera memiliki perilaku asertif yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan suku jawa. Berdasarkan perbedaan rata-rata variabel perilaku asertif ditinjau pada kepribadian menunjukan hasil bahwa kepribadian ekstrovert memiliki mean 94.557 dan kepribadian introvert memiliki mean 79.871 yang artinya mahasiswa yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert mempunyai perilaku asertif lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa yang memiliki kepribadian introvert. As a student, assertive behavior is behavior that is really needed. This research aims to determine differences in assertive behavior in terms of ethnicity and personality type among students. This research uses quantitative research methods with purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this research was 140 Islamic Religious Education Students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung class of 2021. The data collection technique in this research used the assertive behavior scale and the MBTI personality test. The assertive behavior scale consists of 40 items (α 0.935). The data analysis technique used is the two way anova test technique with the help of the JASP application program version 16. Based on the difference in the average of the assertive behavior variable in terms of ethnicity, the results show that the Javanese tribe has a mean of 83,586 and the Sumatran tribe has a mean of 90,843, which means that the Sumatran tribe has higher assertive behavior than the Javanese tribe. Based on the difference in the average of the assertive behavior variable in terms of personality, the results show that the extrovert personality has a mean of 94,557 and the introvert personality has a mean of 79,871, which means that students who have an extrovert personality have higher assertive behavior than students who have an introvert personality.
