Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul Sistem Arisan Online dalam Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (Studi di Grup Whatsapp Milik Arisan Dells). Dalam penelitian ini mengangkat sebuah permasalahan pada sistem arisan online yang dilihat dari segi hukum ekonomi syariah. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, pada masa sekarang ini banyak masyarakat yang melakukan berbagai cara untuk mendapatkan uang dengan cepat, dimana salah satu caranya adalah arisan online. Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan sistem arisan yang terjadi. Dalam sistemnya, terdapat sistem pembelian nomor urut arisan yang berbeda-beda harganya disetiap nomor urutnya. Namun, pada saat penerimaan get arisan jumlah yang diperoleh para peserta sama. Semakin bawah nomor urut arisan, semakin kecil harga nomor urutnya. Begitupun sebaliknya nomor urut arisan teratas dihargai lebih mahal dari nomor urut dibawahnya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana sistem arisan online di grup whatsapp milik Arisan Dells? Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap sistem arisan online di grup whatsapp milik Arisan Dells? Melihat dari sistem tersebut, teori yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini ada 3, yaitu Al-Qard}h, riba, dan arisan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bersifat deskriptif dengan memperoleh sumber data dari data primer dan sekunder. Kemudian yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang yang terkait dalam kegiatan arisan online yakni ada 4 orang yang dimana pihak pertama sebagai pemilik arisan online pada grup whatsapp milik Arisan Dells dan 3 lainnya yaitu yang mengikuti arisan online pada grup whatsapp milik Arisan Dells. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi, dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa sistem arisan online pada grup whatsapp milik Arisan Dells dikatakan rusak, karena mengandung riba, ketidakadilan dan, mendzalimi para peserta yang mengikuti. Dapat dilihat bahwa sistem arisan ini belum memenuhi prinsip-prinsip dalam bermuamalah, karena terkait dengan adanya riba. Karena dalam qardh (pinjam-meminjam), tidak boleh adanya bunga karena prinsip dalam qardh adalah tolong menolong. Riba dalam qardh ini adanya tambahan atau kelebihan yang diproleh dengan cara yang dilarang syara‟, baik dengan jumlah tambahan sedikit ataupun dengan jumlah tambahan yang banyak. Kata kunci: Arisan, Qardh, Riba. ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled Online Arisan System in Review of Sharia Economic Law (Study in the Whatsapp Group Owned by Arisan Dells). This research raises a problem with the online social gathering system seen from the perspective of sharia economic law. As time goes by, nowadays many people use various ways to get money quickly, one of which is online social gathering. The researcher conducted this research against the background of the social gathering system that occurred. In the system, there is a system for purchasing social gathering serial numbers which has different prices for each serial number. However, when receiving the social gathering, the amount obtained by the participants is the same. The lower the arisan serial number, the lower the serial number price. Likewise, on the other hand, the top arisan serial number is valued more expensively than the serial number below it. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the online social gathering system in the WhatsApp group belonging to Arisan Dells? What is the review of sharia economic law regarding the online social gathering system in Arisan Dells’ WhatsApp group? Looking at this system, there are 3 theories that researchers use in this research, namely Al-Qard}h, usury, and social gathering. This research is field research (Field Research) which is descriptive in nature by obtaining data sources from primary and secondary data. Then the informants in this research were people who were involved in online social gathering activities, namely 4 people, the first of whom was the owner of the online social gathering on the WhatsApp group belonging to Arisan Dells and the other 3, namely those who participated in the online social gathering on the WhatsApp group belonging to Arisan Dells. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques, analyzed qualitatively using analytical descriptive methods. Based on the research results, it can be stated that the online social gathering system in the WhatsApp group belonging to Arisan Dells is said to be damaged, because it contains usury, injustice and, tyrannizes the participants who take part. It can be seen that this social gathering system does not fulfill the principles of muamalah, because it is related to usury. Because in qardh (lending and borrowing), there is no interest allowed because the principle in qardh is mutual help. Riba in qardh is an addition or excess obtained in a way that is prohibited by sharia’, either with a small additional amount or a large additional amount. Keywords: Arisan, Qardh, Usury.
