Abstract

ABSTRAK Home Industry, juga dikenal sebagai industri rumahan atau industri kecil skala rumah tangga, telah menjadi fenomena penting dalam konteks perekonomian di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Home Industry melibatkan kegiatan produksi atau pengolahan barang yang dilakukan oleh individu atau keluarga di dalam rumah mereka sendiri. Home Industry memberikan peluang ekonomi yang signifikan bagi keluarga dengan meningkatkan pendapatan, memperluas keterampilan, dan memperkuat ikatan keluarga dalam proses produksi. Rumusan masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.Bagaimana Peranan Home Industry Kulit Lumpia Singa Wisyel dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga karyawan? 2.Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam tentang peranan Home Industry Kulit Lumpia Singa Wisyel dalam meningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga karyawan? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui peranan Home Industry Kulit Lumpia Singa Wisyel dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga karyawan di tinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) penelitian data maupun informasi bersumber dari lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Home Industry Kulit Lumpia Singa Wisyel berperan dalam memberi peluang pekerjaan pada Masyarakat dan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan karyawan, sehingga para karyawan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sandang, pangan, dan papan. Dari tinjauan ekonomi islam, diketahui bahwa Home Industry Kulit Lumpia Singa Wisyel sudah menjalankan dengan baik sesuai syariat islam, dari segi modal, pengadaan dan pengolahan bahan baku, proses produksi, pemasaran, dan dari segi pendapatan sudah sesuai dengan kelayakan upah dalam islam yaitu adil dan mencukupi kebutuhan dasar. Home Industry involves the production or processing of goods carried out by individuals or families in their own homes. Home Industry provides significant economic opportunities for families by increasing income, expanding skills, and strengthening family ties in the production process. The formulation of the problem formulated in this study is 1. What is the role of the Home Industry of Silk Roll Leather in improving the welfare of employees' families? 2. What is the review of Islamic economics about the role of the Home Industry of Linga Wisyel Spring Roll Leather in improving the welfare of employees' families? The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the Wisyel Lion's Spring Roll Leather Home Industry in improving the welfare of employees' families reviewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, to obtain data the author conducts observations and interviews. This type of research is field research, research on data and information sourced from the field. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the Home Industry of Linga Wisyel Spring Roll Leather plays a role in providing job opportunities to the community and plays a role in increasing employee income, so that employees can meet the needs of clothing, food, and board. From the review of Islamic economics, it is known that the Home Industry of Lumpia Singa Wisyel Skin has been running well in accordance with Islamic law, in terms of capital, procurement and processing of raw materials, production process, marketing, and in terms of income is in accordance with the feasibility of wages in Islam, which is fair and sufficient for basic needs.
