Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan Good Governance atau tata kelola yang baik pada sektor publik menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan faktor pendukung kinerja yang harus diterapkan pada organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Good Governance merupakan suatu tata kelola pemerintah yang baik. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Bagaimana Pengaruh Good Governance Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam?, Bagaimana Pengaruh Opini Audit Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam?, dan Bagaimana Pengaruh Good Governance dan Opini Audit Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Good Governance Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam, untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Opini Audit Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam dan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Good Governance dan Opini Audit Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian adalah penelitian langsung menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil langsung dari populasi pegawai di Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung, dengan menggunakan metode random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 45 pegawai yang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang penulis lakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Good Governance mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Tahun 2023 dalam perspektif Islam, Opini Audit mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Bandar Lampung Tahun 2023 dalam perspektif Islam serta Good Governance dan Opini Audit mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Tahun 2023 dalam perspektif Islam. ABSTRACT The implementation of Good Governance in the public sector is crucial and a supporting factor that must be applied to regional government organizations (OPD). Good Governance refers to good government management. The research questions in this study are as follows: How Good Governance affects the performance of the Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 from an Islamic economic perspective, how audit opinion affects the performance of Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 form an Islamic economic perspective, and how good governance and audit opinion affect the the performance of Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 This study aims to determine the impact of Good Governance on the performance of the Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 from an Islamic economic perspective, to assess the impact of Audit Opinion on the performance of the Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 from an Islamic economic perspective, and to examine the combined impact of Good Governance and Audit Opinion on the performance of the Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 from an Islamic economic perspective. In this study, the type of research is field research using quantitative research methods. The sample in this study is directly taken from the population of employees in the Bandar Lampung local government, using a random sampling method, resulting in a sample of 45 employees who were used as respondents. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the data analysis conducted by the author, the following conclusions can be drawn: Good Governance has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the local government in 2023 from an Islamic perspective, Audit Opinion has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Bandar Lampung local government in 2023 from an Islamic perspective, and both Good Governance and Audit Opinion have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the local government in 2023 from an Islamic perspective.
