Abstract

ABSTRAK EVALUASI PROGRAM TRANSPORTASI GREEN CAMPUS UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG TERHADAP BUDAYA GO GREEN SIVITAS AKADEMIKA FAKULTAS USHULUDDIN DAN STUDI AGAMA Oleh : Muhammad Al Khusyairi Ilyas Secara resmi Program Green Campus menjadi concern dari seluruh sivitas akademika di UIN Lampung sejak tahun 2018. Sivitas akademika UIN Lampung secara keseluruhan diminta untuk berbudaya Go Green saat berada di dalam lingkungan kampus. Dan diiharapkan membawa perubahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kebijakan-kebijakan program transportasi Green Campus yang sudah berjalan selama 5 tahun. Dalam pelaksanaannya banyak program yang belum berjalan dengan baik. Mulai dari pelaksana kebijakan yang tidak konsisten dalam menjalan program yang sudah ada, kemudian kurangnya komunikasi dan sosialisasi dari pembuat kebijakan mengakibatkan sivitas akademika yang harus menjalankan program tersebutpun tidak memahami kebijakan dan program-program yang berlaku. Penelitiian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pencarian data field research dan penelitian ini akan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan dalam penellitian ini menggunakan Teori Context Input Proses Product (CIPP) dari Daniel Stafflebeam. Model evaluasi dalam teori CIPP ini mempunyai metode yang komperhensif dalam menganalis suatu kebijakan. Namun pada penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada aspek Proses dan Product dengan mengkaji pelaksanaan, factor penghambat, factor pendukung, dampak, hasil dan kepuasaan dari program transportasi Green Campus UIN Lampung khususnya pada sivitas akademika Fakultas Usuluddin dan Studi Agama. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu program transportasi Green Campus sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan program UI greenmatric. Dilingkungan kampus UIN Raden Intan Lampung sudah terlaksana dan tersedia fasilitas-fasilitas standar UI greenmatric namun implementasinya belum merata di setiap fakultas-fakultas yang ada, seperti di fakultas ushuluddin dan studi agama yang menjadi studi pada penelitian ini. Dimana di fakultas ushuluddin dan studi agama masih banyak program-program transportasi Green Campus yang belum berjalan karena beberapa factor dan belum menjadikan program transportasi Green Campus sebagai program prioritas. ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF THE GREEN CAMPUS TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM UIN RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG TOWARDS CULTUR GO GREEN ACADEMIC SIVITAS FACULTY USHULUDDIN AND RELIGIOUS STUDY By : Muhammad Al Khusyairi Ilyas Officially, the Green Campus Program has become a concern for the entire academic community at UIN Lampung since 2018. The entire UIN Lampung academic community is asked to adopt a Go Green culture when on campus. And is expected to bring changes in everyday life. This research focuses on the Green Campus transportation program policies that have been running for 5 years. In its implementation, many programs have not run well. Starting from policy implementers who are inconsistent in implementing existing programs, then the lack of communication and socialization from policy makers results in the academic community who have to run these programs not understanding the applicable policies and programs. This research uses a qualitative method by searching for field research data and this research will be described descriptively. The theory used to answer the problems in this research uses Context Input Process Product (CIPP) Theory from Daniel Stafflebeam. The evaluation model in CIPP theory has a comprehensive method for analyzing a policy. However, this research only focuses on the Process and Product aspects by examining implementation, inhibiting factors, supporting factors, impact, results and satisfaction from the UIN Lampung Green Campus transportation program, especially for the academic community of the Faculty of Usuluddin and Religious Studies The results of this study are that the Green Campus transportation program has been implemented in accordance with the UI greenmatric program. Within the UIN Raden Intan Lampung campus, it has been implemented and UI greenmatric standard facilities are available, but the implementation is not evenly distributed in all existing faculties, such as in the Ushuluddin and religious studies faculties which are the subject of this research. Where in the Ushuluddin and religious studies faculties there are still many Green Campus transportation programs that are not yet running due to several factors and have not made the Green Campus transportation program a priority program.
