Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to find out kinds of text contained the readibility level of reading text material found Textbook Entitled “Bahasa Inggris” for Senior High School Students Twelfth Grade. In collecting data using instruments Flesch Reading Ease Formula‟s. The result from text 1 finding is 44,489. It means that the texts categorized as difficult based on description of table reading ease score and the texs is appropriate used for Thirteenth to sisteenth Grade or College. From text 2 finding is 51,489. It means that the texts categorized as fairly difficult based on description of table reading ease score and the texs is appropriate used for Tenth to twelfth Grade. The result from text 3 finding is 54,189. It means that the texts categorized as fairly difficult based on description of table reading ease score and the texs is appropriate used for Tenth to twelfth Grade. The result from text 4 finding is 58,65. It means that the texts categorized as fairly difficult based on description of table reading ease score and the texs is appropriate used for Tenth to twelfth Grade. Based on analyzing the readability level of reading texts in Textbook Entitled “Bahasa Inggris” for Senior High School Students Twelfth Grade, the reading level categorization. It can be concluded that the three from four representative texts are in the appropriate level for twelfth grade. Keyword: Reading text,Textbook, Raedability level
