Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Aplikasi Keamanan Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Standar ISO 27001:2022 Berbasis Website pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data audit. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah proses pengauditan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku dan Microsoft Excel, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan penilaian audit, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta kesulitan dalam memantau hasil temuan audit secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) serta model pengembangan Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dengan dukungan HTML, CSS, serta memiliki fitur utama seperti Penilaian audit, pencatatan temuan, rekomendasi perbaikan, dan penyajian laporan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah penilaian audit secara terintegrasi, meningkatkan akurasi, mempercepat akses informasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen. ABSTRACT This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system security application for a Regional General Hospital (RSUD) based on the ISO 27001:2022 standard, with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of audit data management. The primary issue driving this research is that the auditing process is currently conducted manually using logbooks and Microsoft Excel; this approach carries the risk of assessment errors, reporting delays, and difficulties in monitoring audit findings in real-time. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method and the Waterfall development model, comprising requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, supported by HTML, CSS, and features key functions such as audit assessment, recording of findings, improvement recommendations, and report generation. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing methods. The results indicate that the developed system facilitates integrated audit assessments, improves accuracy, accelerates information access, and supports management decision making.
