Abstract

Data dikumpulkan melalui angket self-efficacy sebanyak 18 butir pernyataan, kecemasan akademik sebanyak 20 butir pernyataan, penggunaan teknologi pendidikan sebanyak 14 butir pernyataan, serta tes kemampuan berpikir matematis sebanyak 10 butir pertanyaan. ABSTRACT This study employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto research design, conducted at SMK Bina Latih Karya in Bandar Lampung during the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The study population comprised 210 students, with a sample of 138 students selected using the Slovin formula via random sampling. Data were collected via a self-efficacy questionnaire comprising 18 items, an academic anxiety questionnaire comprising 20 items, a questionnaire on the use of educational technology comprising 14 items, and a mathematical thinking ability test comprising 10 questions. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and the Hayes PROCESS Macro Model 4 mediation test, based on 5,000 bootstrap samples at a 95% confidence level. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy and academic anxiety have a significant effect on the use of educational technology. Academic anxiety and the use of educational technology have a significant effect on mathematical thinking skills, whilst self-efficacy does not have a direct effect on mathematical thinking skills. The results of the path analysis indicate that the use of educational technology mediates the effects of self-efficacy and academic anxiety on mathematical thinking skills. These findings indicate that improvements in pupils’ mathematical thinking skills are influenced not only by psychological factors but also by the optimised use of educational technology as a learning support tool.
