Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis flipbook berbantuan video untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Subjek penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, angket validasi, angket kemenarikan dan tes. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh validator ahli materi 3,73, dan hasil uji validator ahli media 3,37 dengan kriteria “valid”. Uji respon kemenarikan oleh peserta didik pada uji kelompok kecil 3,39 dan pada uji kelompok besar 3,48 dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Pada uji efektivitas kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik diperoleh skor uji N-Gain sebesar 0,72 dengan kategori “tinggi” dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa e-modul cukup efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul berbasis flipbook berbantuan video untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran matematika layak, menarik, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: E-modul, flipbook, kemampuan berpikir kritis iii ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a flipbook-based e-module supported by videos to enhance students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this research and development are grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sidomulyo. Data collection techniques include interviews, validation questionnaires, attractiveness questionnaires, and tests. The feasibility test results showed a score of 3.73 from the material expert validator and 3.37 from the media expert validator, both categorized as " valid." The students’ attractiveness response during the small group trial scored 3.39 and 3.48 during the large group trial, both falling under the "very attractive" category. In the effectiveness test, students' critical thinking skills showed an N-Gain score of 0.72, which is categorized as "high," indicating that the e-module is quite effective for use in learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that the flipbook based e-module supported by videos is feasible, attractive, and effective for enhancing critical thinking skills in mathematics learning.
