Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI BRAINLY TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS DAN HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF SISWA Oleh Trisa Wahyuni Pangesti 1811050396 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Blended Learning menggunakan aplikasi Brainly terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematis dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang disebabkan kurangnya minat belajar dan variasi metode pengajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental design dengan bentuk posttest-only control design terhadap siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Sampel terdiri dari kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model Blended Learning berbantuan Brainly, dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar kognitif. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji MANOVA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model Blended Learning menggunakan aplikasi Brainly terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai p-value < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian, model Blended Learning berbantuan Brainly efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. The background of this research is the low level of students’ conceptual understanding and cognitive learning outcomes, which is caused by a lack of learning interest and limited variation in teaching methods. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control group design involving eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. The sample consisted of an experimental class that implemented the Blended Learning model assisted by Brainly and a control class that used conventional learning methods. The research instrument was a descriptive test used to measure conceptual understanding and cognitive learning outcomes. The results of the MANOVA test analysis showed that there was a significant effect of the Blended Learning model using the Brainly application on improving students’ conceptual understanding and cognitive learning outcomes. Based on the significance test, the obtained p-value was less than 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, the Blended Learning model assisted by Brainly is effective in improving students’ mathematical conceptual understanding and cognitive learning outcomes.
