Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan literasi matematis peserta didik SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran DAPIC Problem-Solving Process berbantuan aplikasi Quizlet dan self-regulation terhadap literasi matematis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 peserta didik yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket self-regulation dan tes literasi matematis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan ANOVA dua arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran DAPIC Problem-Solving Process berbantuan aplikasi Quizlet terhadap literasi matematis peserta didik; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan self-regulation terhadap literasi matematis; dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan self-regulation terhadap literasi matematis. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah dengan dukungan media Quizlet dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi matematis peserta didik. Kata kunci: Literasi matematis, Self-regulation, DAPIC Problem Solving Process, Quizlet ii ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low mathematical literacy skills of students at SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of the DAPIC Problem Solving Process learning model assisted by the Quizlet application and self-regulation on students’ mathematical literacy. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with the population consisting of all seventh-grade students of SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The sample comprised 47 students selected using cluster random sampling. The research instruments included a self-regulation questionnaire and a mathematical literacy test. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results indicated that: (1) the DAPIC Problem Solving Process learning model assisted by Quizlet had a significant effect on students’ mathematical literacy; (2) self regulation had a significant effect on mathematical literacy; and (3) there was no significant interaction between the learning model and self-regulation on mathematical literacy. These findings suggest that a problem-solving-based learning model supported by Quizlet can serve as an effective instructional strategy to enhance students’ mathematical literacy.
