Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan pemahaman matematis peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika merupakan suatu kemampuan yang diperlukan oleh peserta didik sebagai penunjang dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian instrumen tes yang dilakukan di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Madang Suku III, OKU TIMUR, diperoleh data bahwa kemampuan pemahaman matematis peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurang bervariasinya media pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Wordwall Terhadap Pemahaman Matematis Ditinjau Dari Motivasi Dan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Madang Suku III, sedangkan sampelnya adalah peserta didik kelas VIII C dan VIII E. Kelas VIII C merupakan kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Quasi Experiment Design. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah Simple Random Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah tes dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran wordwall terhadap pemahaman matematis, terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap pemahaman matematis, terdapat pengaruh minat belajar peserta didik terhadap pemahaman matematis, terdapat interaksi media pembelajaran wordwall dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik, terdapat interaksi media pembelajaran wordwall dengan minat belajar peserta didik, terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran wordwall terhadap pemahaman matematis ditinjau dari motivasi dan minat belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci: Wordwall, pemahaman matematis, motivasi dan minat. iii ABSTRACT Students' mathematical understanding ability in learning mathematics is an ability needed by students as a support in solving mathematical problems. Based on the results of pre-research of test instruments conducted in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Madang Suku III, OKU TIMUR, data obtained that the mathematical understanding ability of students is still relatively low. This is due to the lack of varied learning media. Therefore, researchers are interested in using Wordwall Learning Media on Mathematical Understanding in View of Motivation and Interest in Learning Learners. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Madang Suku III, while the samples were students of class VIII C and VIII E. Class VIII C was the experimental class 1 and class VIII E as the control class. This study uses a quantitative approach in this study using Quasi Experiment Design. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. In this study, the data collection techniques were tests and questionnaires. The data analysis used is Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of ANOVA research shows that there is an effect of wordwall learning media on mathematical understanding, there is an effect of student learning motivation on mathematical understanding, there is an effect of student learning interest on mathematical understanding, there is an interaction of wordwall learning media with student learning motivation, there is an interaction of wordwall learning media with student learning interest, there is an effect of wordwall learning media on mathematical understanding in terms of student learning motivation and interest.
